& in for a quick bite during a break, was in my work uniform public transit . One of the cooks, young Middle East guy yells at me we're on strike. Very unprofessional & not welcoming. I come in to have a meal & enjoy my break. Do not feel like going back there.
Très déçu de ma visite chez Five Guys. La nourriture était complètement froide - autant les frites que les deux burgers que j'ai commandés. Pour un restaurant réputé pour ses burgers, c'est franchement inacceptable. La seule chose qui valait la peine, c'était le milkshake, qui heureusement était excellent. Dommage, parce que j'avais de bonnes attentes, mais je ne pense pas y retourner.
So... my friend didn't want to come eat with us at MissPho next door, wanted a takeout from fiveguys & join us. Even if we went at the same time, we had time to finish each dish at misspho, while he was still waiting his burger & fries next door !! Its supposed to be a fastfood. Either they dont hire enough employe or they arent trained properly.

On this visit I got a burger & a poutine. The burger was amazing like always. The poutine was also very good. On other occasions I get fries, fries are super!!

El chico que atendía en la caja fue súper desagradable, estaba demasiado apurado y solo era yo pidiendo, le dije que no hablaba muy bien francés y me miró de una manera denigrante, estaba apurado y con su mano me hacía el jesto de apurarme, esto fue el viernes 5/9 a las 3 pm , era la primera vez en un five guys y creo que será la última en este local
Almost everything is good at this location, service, food, free peanuts, free refills & good atmosphere.
I still gave the five stars but the wooden forks have to get banned otherwise to make sense ban everything made out of plastics.
I went twice & 2 times fries was salty. In addition every time i get different amounts of fries even i order large. First time was very good portion second time i order it was way less which was not sufficient & i was disappointed so i didn't know how much the large fries portion shoud be
These are hands down the best burgers I've ever had! The Cajun fries are amazing too, but the burgers are the bomb !!! The staff is incredibly friendly, & the place is spotless & welcoming. Huge thanks to the team!
