Une fois que nous avons reçu notre commande, le frites étaient éparpillées partout dans le sac, comme dans une poubelle. Il a fallu les traverser pour récupérer les 4 hamburgers qui étaient dans le fond. Le pire, un des burgers était mal emballé & difficile à manger sans qu'il ne déborde.
Quand on a demandé la raison à celui qui nous a donné la commande, sa réponse a été dite de façon sarcastique & en riant avec ses collègues: « c'est notre manière de faire pour que le burgers ne refroidissent pas »
On aime Five Guys, mais on ne retournera pas ici. La succursale de Mirabel est de loin beaucoup mieux.
Je prends un trio & mon fils uniquement un burger. Ils nous ont chargé 2$ parce qu'on partageait la frites. Pour moi c'est du vol! Depuis quand on a accepté de payer des frais supplémentaires pour partager un repas. Depuis quand est-ce rendu une normalité. N'importe quoi. C'est fini Five Guys. On y allait au moins une fois par semaine mais cette erreur va nous faire encourager les restos autours.
Très déçu de ma visite chez Five Guys. La nourriture était complètement froide - autant les frites que les deux burgers que j'ai commandés. Pour un restaurant réputé pour ses burgers, c'est franchement inacceptable. La seule chose qui valait la peine, c'était le milkshake, qui heureusement était excellent. Dommage, parce que j'avais de bonnes attentes, mais je ne pense pas y retourner.
So... my friend didn't want to come eat with us at MissPho next door, wanted a takeout from fiveguys & join us. Even if we went at the same time, we had time to finish each dish at misspho, while he was still waiting his burger & fries next door !! Its supposed to be a fastfood. Either they dont hire enough employe or they arent trained properly.
On this visit I got a burger & a poutine. The burger was amazing like always. The poutine was also very good. On other occasions I get fries, fries are super!!

These are hands down the best burgers I've ever had! The Cajun fries are amazing too, but the burgers are the bomb !!! The staff is incredibly friendly, & the place is spotless & welcoming. Huge thanks to the team!
This Five Guys deserves all the best reviews over & over! Telephone Service & In Resto Service is excellent. To see the staff helping each other is exceptional. The night staff on May 10 really made me smile. I ordered a plain burger for my dog & the young man called out my order asking if I forgot to order condiments, I explained it was for my dog & he later asked if I needed a bowl for my dog to eat from. To think in such a rush to have my dog eat out of a bowl, made me write this review! BRAVO staff! Bravo everyone at Five Guys Laval!!!!!
Husband & I love five guys. We go to all of them all over the city. First time at this location. Very disappointed. Fries not cooked how they wete supposed to leaving them too hard, they put onions in my husbands burger when he's allergic & to top it off the burgers were over cooked. Oh yeah & there was no more bacon at 7pm. My order had bacon crumbs in it not slices . Maybe if the 3 staff members weren't so busy talking & goofing around things could improve. Won't be returning.
Neither Tim Hortons, nor Ayw, nor McDonalds, nor Burger King, this is the best restaurant where I have spent my money, fast, good service, everything super clean & guess what, it is fast food made to order & really delicious 100 %, If you are in Montomerecy, come & eat there, it is really delicious.
