Definitely order the bacon cheeseburger it was so good ! The workers were very efficient a bit bummed out that they don't have enough seating it's almost always full on evenings.
Husband & I love five guys. We go to all of them all over the city. First time at this location. Very disappointed. Fries not cooked how they wete supposed to leaving them too hard, they put onions in my husbands burger when he's allergic & to top it off the burgers were over cooked. Oh yeah & there was no more bacon at 7pm. My order had bacon crumbs in it not slices . Maybe if the 3 staff members weren't so busy talking & goofing around things could improve. Won't be returning.

Avec un ami j'ai exploré pour la première fois cette franchise. Mon ami & moi avons commandé un hamburger bacon, mais avions eu des avis bien différents. De ma part, j'ai adoré. Je suis amateur de hamburger, puis lorsque j'ai goûté à celui-là, j'ai immédiatement senti quelque chose de différent que les autres restaurants. Des McDo, A&W... leur burgers ne sont pas du tout semblables. On goûte très bien à la viande & les légumes compensent pour le pain aplati. D'un autre côté, mon ami n'a pas fini le sien. Blâmant la taille & comment était gras le burger, il ne dit ne plus vouloir y revenir pour commander la même chose. Il n'a pas du tout apprécié ce goût que je trouvais unique. Sinon le Milkshake était incroyable. Son prix vaut la peine, c'est un incontournable comme le dit les autres avis. Le service était suffisamment bon, puis le style du restaurant était beau. Simplement la propreté des tables & du sol reste à revoir. Questionnez-vous avant de s'attaquer à un hamburger bacon, sinon je recommande.
First time going to five guys in about 10 years, probably will go again but not at this establishment. Sadly the cashier wasn't very aware of what was going on ( worked 3 years in a mcdos & several more years in the food industry). Sold me a water bottle they had none, no smile & didn't ask me how I was. Then they messed up my partners poutine, didn't put enough fries & when the "manager" I think told the other employee they added more fries & two ladles of sauce on the first ladle of sauce which was already alot. Forgot the bacon in my burger & in the poutine... The atmosphere is five guys so its good & it was for the sleep token concert so alot of good vibes.
Fantastic burger restaurant. It's actually located in the building across from the Metro station but shows differently on Google maps. Bacon cheeseburgers & fresh cut French fries are absolutely divine. Five Guys puts all other burger joints to shame. Well priced & great value for your buck! Super fresh, made for you food that is delicious & served piping hot. Love the convenience when staying at the Marriott Courtyard Laval right around the corner.
Cuisine: Je me permets d'être un peu plus sévère puisque les prix sont un peu plus élevés que dans d'autres fast food. Le milkshake est excellent, je le recommande fortement. De même que les frites, même si je les trouve un peu salées mais c'est à quoi on s'attend pour des frites de fast food. Au niveau du plat principal, à savoir un cheeseburger au bacon tout garni, je souhaite féliciter ce restaurant pour la qualité des ingrédients. Du vrai boeuf, fromage, etc... sans arrière goût artificiel ou autrement louche comme on en retrouve trop souvent dans d'autres fast food populaires (McDonald's, PFK, etc.) Tout va au niveau du goût, j'ai vraiment adoré, sans plus cependant. Je ne saurais dire que le burger Five Guys se démarque d'un fait maison (avec tous les plus & les moins que cela représente). La présentation laisse un peu à désirer: mon hamburger est venu tout écrapouti dans une boule de papier aluminium au fond d'un sac en papier. Je ne me plains pas trop, mais bon. De manière générale, le prix en vaut la peine mais je n'irais pas là toutes les semaines. Service: Employés gentils, polis, dynamiques qui font bien leur travail, & il semble y avoir une bonne ambiance d'équipe entre eux ce qui est toujours plaisant à voir. Le service n'est pas trop long, ça m'a pris 3 minutes environ pour mon milkshake & peut-être 7 minutes pour le reste. Ambiance: Le restaurant est magnifique. Le rouge thématique est bien vibrant & le blanc éclatant, je me doute que le bâtiment est assez neuf. Tout est bien propre & bien agencé, ça fait plaisir aux yeux. Il y a des petites cartes postales & des crayons à disposition pour faire des dessins en attendant & ensuite les accrocher sur un tableau, je trouve ça très sympathique & j'aurais envie de revenir juste pour voir l'évolution & ce que les autres clients y mettrons!
The place was packed, lots of clients in line... The team was AMAZING ! Great tempo, everyone got served rapidly, & the food was perfect. I took the cheeseburger with bacon, & it was delicious ! Bravo to such a great team & thank you for the great foood 🥳🥳🥳
