My daughter politely asked for some peanuts, but a staff member (I know his name) responded in a rude & dismissive manner, saying,'No more peanuts.'
She then informed her father, who politely asked again. The same guy once more responded rudely, stating,'No more. We're closing,' despite the fact that he had just cleaned the table.
My husband then asked if he could simply take the peanuts with him, but he refused without offering any explanation or showing any willingness to help.

I had a great experience at Five Guys. I tried their veggie sandwich, & it was fresh, tasty, & full of flavor. The vegetables were crisp, & the ingredients tasted high quality. The sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted, with plenty of topping options.

The restaurant was clean, & the staff were friendly & helpful. The service was quick, & the food was prepared fresh. If you're looking for a good vegetarian option, I highly recommend the veggie sandwich at Five Guys. I would definitely order it again.

Food was delicious as usual. The peanuts they have had a lot of rotten ones. Seating area wasn't enough for everyone there & staff were not cleaning tables/floor when someone finishes. More hygiene is needed I think.

Visited this restaurant on Sunday feb22 order to be picked via doordash also first time in this location I usually go to the west island one.. The place was clean & they have many tables around.. the person that prepared my order was very professional..

First time at this location. Parking is tricky so we did take out. Food is well packed & we got home & it was still hot. Drove 20 minutes. Excellent selection. Service nothing but above the norm friendly & detailed oriented. Very clean restaurant. Noise level was not overbearing for the rock music they were playing in the background. Definite repeat. A must to try everything on the menu. All Fresh ingredients. No aftertaste as most fast food does. Congrats to Five Guys !!!

I apologize for not having pictures to share but the hamburger & cheeseburger were just so good that I forgot to take pictures! This said, I still wanted to let us all know, the place is as good as the other Five Guys I tried. I like this new place in Laval. It's clean & the staff were super friendly! The minus is trying to find packing. If you take the subway, it's golden. If you are driving, I can only wish you good luck for packing but don't let it stop you. You won't be disappointed!

Neither Tim Hortons, nor Ayw, nor McDonalds, nor Burger King, this is the best restaurant where I have spent my money, fast, good service, everything super clean & guess what, it is fast food made to order & really delicious 100 %, If you are in Montomerecy, come & eat there, it is really delicious.

Five guys is just my favorite fast food if we talk about taste alone. Now factor in the quality of the ingredients used it's just the best fast food you can get. This one is as clean efficient & have the same quality in service than most nothing else too different than the regular five guys experience
