Husband & I love five guys. We go to all of them all over the city. First time at this location. Very disappointed. Fries not cooked how they wete supposed to leaving them too hard, they put onions in my husbands burger when he's allergic & to top it off the burgers were over cooked. Oh yeah & there was no more bacon at 7pm. My order had bacon crumbs in it not slices . Maybe if the 3 staff members weren't so busy talking & goofing around things could improve. Won't be returning.
The hamburgers-& the food in general-are great, possibly among the best for the price. The place itself is nice, though often noisy, & every time I go, my clothes end up smelling like hamburgers. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer free peanuts while you wait for your order.

J'ai emmener un ami pour sa première fois chez vous ,& je lui ai dit que c'est les meilleurs frite !!! Hélas frite dans nos casseau ,blanche mi cuite ,trop foncé & sec & 40% ordinaire ,vraiment décevant
Nous sommes arrivés à 21h45, alors que le restaurant fermait à 22h. C'était après un match de hockey important: le restaurant était bondé. Les employés nous ont méchamment annoncé qu'ils expulseraient tout le monde après 22:10. Nous nous sommes fait dire qu'ils ne faisaient plus de frites, même si nous avions clairement vu des frites livrées à la clientèle. Expérience franchement scandaleuse, au moins la nourriture était bonne, même si nous doutions que nous allions recevoir notre nourriture. Je recommende mais un petit rafraîchissement de l'équipe serait de mise!
I apologize for not having pictures to share but the hamburger & cheeseburger were just so good that I forgot to take pictures! This said, I still wanted to let us all know, the place is as good as the other Five Guys I tried. I like this new place in Laval. It's clean & the staff were super friendly! The minus is trying to find packing. If you take the subway, it's golden. If you are driving, I can only wish you good luck for packing but don't let it stop you. You won't be disappointed!
The food & service was great, loved it so much I came into depression as soon as it was over, infact my life was completely ruined, thought about suicide a couple of times until I came back to five guys & felt extreme happiness again
Neither Tim Hortons, nor Ayw, nor McDonalds, nor Burger King, this is the best restaurant where I have spent my money, fast, good service, everything super clean & guess what, it is fast food made to order & really delicious 100 %, If you are in Montomerecy, come & eat there, it is really delicious.
Avec un ami j'ai exploré pour la première fois cette franchise. Mon ami & moi avons commandé un hamburger bacon, mais avions eu des avis bien différents. De ma part, j'ai adoré. Je suis amateur de hamburger, puis lorsque j'ai goûté à celui-là, j'ai immédiatement senti quelque chose de différent que les autres restaurants. Des McDo, A&W... leur burgers ne sont pas du tout semblables. On goûte très bien à la viande & les légumes compensent pour le pain aplati. D'un autre côté, mon ami n'a pas fini le sien. Blâmant la taille & comment était gras le burger, il ne dit ne plus vouloir y revenir pour commander la même chose. Il n'a pas du tout apprécié ce goût que je trouvais unique. Sinon le Milkshake était incroyable. Son prix vaut la peine, c'est un incontournable comme le dit les autres avis. Le service était suffisamment bon, puis le style du restaurant était beau. Simplement la propreté des tables & du sol reste à revoir. Questionnez-vous avant de s'attaquer à un hamburger bacon, sinon je recommande.
