Fat Mardis est largement perçu comme une adresse conviviale du village avec une ambiance chaleureuse et une terrasse agréable, idéale pour les sorties entre amis ou en famille; la carte propose une grande variété de plats bien exécutés, des ribs au steak de bavette, des wings et des burgers, ainsi que des options veganes solides et une poutine généreuse; le service est souvent salué pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité, l'atmosphere est décrite comme festive et accueillante et le cadre central permet de profiter des vues et des concerts lorsque disponibles; certains avis notent des moments moins bons, comme des erreurs de commande, des temps d'attente plus longs et des prix parfois élevés, mais l'ensemble reste positif avec une impression générale de qualité, de bon esprit et d'un endroit où l'on a envie de revenir.
Went here twice throughout our ski weekend. Bar area was excellent. HIGHLY recommend the mojitos (although they were 15 CAD). Also had dinner & the food was very good. All the wait staff were incredibly kind, funny, & accommodating. Highly recommend.
We have been coming here for years & it never disappoints! On our most recent trip to Mont Tremblant we stopped by two times for dinner. Great food, drinks, & service! I believe the server we had last night was Howard & he was so warm & welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again next year when we visit.
$35 for the gumbo. Miniscule portion. Rice was under cooked, & it tasted more like a curry. Burger was okay, but nothing special. We were the only ones in the restaurant.
I was in a group of 4 people & the waitress forgot to put In my order that was only a smash burger. The waitress apologized & told me she was upgrading me to a poutine for the trouble which was nice, except I got charged for it... Once my food finally arrived it wasn't even what I ordered. I was given a fat burger not a smash burger. I also got asked if I wanted a refil on my pop & they charged me for 2 pops. To top it off the only TV in my view was perfectly blocked by a lamp dead centre of the soccer game, like come on mannnn. Overall bad experience, hopefully it's better for you.
If you're looking for the best atmosphere in Mont-Tremblant, look no further than Fat Mardi's! We spent New Year's Eve here & the energy was absolutely electric.
A massive shoutout to Daphne, who truly went above & beyond. Even though she was technically off the clock, she jumped behind the bar to help out & make sure everyone was taken care of. Her level of dedication & her positive attitude while providing excellent service really made our night special.
Fat Mardi's is incredibly lucky to have someone like Daphne on their team-she's a total rockstar! Great drinks, great vibes, & even better people. We will definitely be back!
Very disappointing experience. I became acutely unwell while dining & instead of showing concern, staff were more focused on the inconvenience of possibly needing to move chairs if an ambulance arrived. They repeatedly questioned my partner & friends about whether I'really' needed an ambulance, which was humiliating & insensitive. A complete lack of empathy during a medical emergency.
