The food at Felafel Yoni is always delicious! I love that you can order a Demi felafel sandwich. Ingredients are always fresh & tasty. Their Amba is authentic. The limonana is delicious as well. My only complaint is they do not wear gloves when they prepare food. It is the same at their Atwater location.
I recently visited Falafel Yoni at their Mile End location, & it was such a great experience!
We tried the falafel pita sandwich, & it was absolutely delicious. The falafel was fresh & perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft inside, & full of flavor. The sandwich was loaded with generous sauces that blended beautifully together - every bite was very tasty & satisfying.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, & very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better.
Definitely a must-try spot if you're in Montreal, especially around Mile End!

I recently visited Yoni & had the pleasure of trying their falafel pita, & let me tell you - it was absolutely delicious! I went for the large size, & it was incredibly fulfilling. I've never had falafel that tasted this fresh & flavorful before - definitely the best I've had.
On top of the fantastic food, Nate was amazing. He was so friendly & made me feel right at home. He took the time to recommend a few great places around the area to check out, which was really appreciated. You can tell he's passionate about what he does & genuinely cares about his customers.
I would highly recommend Yoni to any food lover. Great food, great service, & a great atmosphere. Thanks, Nate, for the wonderful experience!
The best falafel pita in Montreal, today's sandwich was way smaller though, I think the girl is new. Overall great service super friendly staff & delicious fresh & nutritious food.

Since it's trying to replicate Israeli falafel I'll be judging purely based on that.
Falafel itself was barely warm(should be hot), pita was fridge cold (should be freshly baked) & cut open almost all around, so everything was falling out of it. Schug not spicy at all, to the point where my wife who can't eat any spicy foods - was drinking it.
& there was of course no free tehini no add as you go about eating as you have in Israel.
Overall probably on a level of low level falafel in israel.
LeFalafel Plus+ does better homage to proper Israeli falafel.
Hello everyone, if you need food that keeps you going for the whole day & enjoy the taste of it then this is your launch point, the falafel is green from inside, tastes delicious & their tahini smoothens the crispness of the falafels covered by fresh thick yet soft bread, the sandwich is filling & makes you happy. I hope you enjoy it.,
Absolutely amazing food. The falafel balls were so fresh & crispy. The sauces were delicious! The staffs were very helpful & worked fast. I also like the setup of the sink for handwashing inside the dining area very much!
Fresh & delicious falafel sandwiches, great consistency from one visit to the next. Also they do a great job of branding. Yoni's is always a good idea.

Not as good as the temporary location at Atwater. The fries were not seasoned well & even though they were made fresh they were soggy. It was weird. Went on a Sunday evening around dinner time & the falafels were cold. My dinner partner got a salad & felt sick from it. I really have to give props to the staff at the Atwater location during summer 2024. They made me a fan of Falafel Yoni & that's why I wanted to try out this location when I was back in Mtl, but I will not be back! So go check out the Atwater spot if you can...they put a lot of care into my sandwich (fresh falafel made to order) & fries (so much zaatar).
The falafel is marvellous, delicious, fresh & tasty. Staff is kind but the MUSIC makes you wish to leave: loud, awful, forcing customers either to go away or leave fast. It gives the impression that they do not wish customers to eat in, just take out...
So good! The falafel Pita was fresh, fast, affordable, super crunchy & had spice to it. They pack on the hummus which I like as well. Nice healthy spot. Wish I had tried the zaatar fries.
