UPDATE Aug 2026
Recently, it happened a few times that the falafel balls were too much burned out. I don't know if this is related to some new employees whom I see there, or something else. Therefore I've to downgrade my 5 stars grade to 4 stars.
Hopefully, Falafel Yoni management will see this, respond, & the falafel balls will no more be burned out.

Based upon the reviews here, I've got the demi pita falafel. The amount was generous & fresh - the pita included. The falafel was tasty. I've got a decent deal for $6.50 + tax.
Prices are clearly displayed, & the service is effective.
An interesting item in the menu (which I've not purchased), are yesterday's pita.
I'll be back!
Got it delivered & fast which is nice. Sadly the Zaatar fries were cold, sad & the Zaatar was not even Zaatar & had no taste.
The Sabich was also cold sad & not layered. The egg was not brown. The hummus was the minimum possible to be called made there, no olive oil, no flavour again kind of sad. The chicken pitta was like the rest. Chicken was prenade & cold.
Review comes from an Israeli. I did have one or two (or hundreds) of Sabich & chicken shnizels & hummus in my life. Place needs the owner to get really involved.
Everything here is perfectly fine - wish it was better
Update: Returned today & the food has really gotten worse. Seems like it's on it's last leg & about to close. The area needs better falafel!!!
Visited Falafel YONI on a sunny summer afternoon
The falafels are like nothing I've had before. They were deliciously crunchy on the outside with a soft interior that almost melts in the mouth. Their hummus is whipped so buttery smooth that it was creamy & silky. Their pita is fluffy & made so fragrant from the char marks & the dusting of za'atar.
The staff were very nice & generous. We were delighted when we were given an extra limonana, it was greatly appreciated on a day as hot as it was. What a pleasant surprise, we were well-taken care of.
All in all, we loved our visit to Falafel YONI. It is the perfect destination for a really good plate of fresh homemade falafels & hummus paired with a bright & zingy lemonade.
food that leaves a great memory, tasty falafels & fun times. Replenishing & fresh!
