The highlight of our visit was definitely the service. I believe our server was in her first few days on the job, & she was incredibly kind & welcoming.
The ambiance is beautiful-nothing to complain about there. We went on a sunny, pleasant day, which made the experience even better.
Unfortunately, the food left something to be desired for one very specific reason: the potatoes were probably the worst I've had in over 40 brunch experiences. I'm not sure if something went wrong that day, but all four of us at the table barely touched them. Overall, the food was also lacking salt.
I'm not entirely sure if I would go back to eat there again.
I ordered avocado&feta eggs benedict on Uber Eats & this is like the saddest breakfast I've ever seen. It was cold, messy, was not prepared on time, therefore arrived very late although I paid extra for priority delivery. There was very little feta & bacon, & no hollandaise sauce at all. I replaced the English muffins & potatoes with a salad, did not love that either. Overall it was disappointing.

Very decent brunch spot- great atmosphere & decor & the service was great. We (2 ppl) were seated right away & it didn't take long for our order to be taken. I had the Rustic Benedict with the breakfast poutine instead of the potatoes & my friend had the Avo Crush with the regular side of potatoes. My meal was good but I found it a bit unbalanced (hollandaise kinda drowned out the rest of the dish) & lacking in some crunch/texture though each individual element was okay. The potatoes in breakfast poutine was similarly lacking in crunch mainly due to the hollandaise - if i come again I might try the potatoes on their own which my friend really enjoyed. My friend found the Avo Crush a bit mushy as well. Value was good & had a good experience. Overall a solid brunch spot.
Our favourite spot for brunch. Amazing staff who care about you & are attentive & kind. Wonderful affordable / yet delicious kids menu. Favourites for us vegetarians are avocado crush Benedict & the mushroom'rustic' Benedict. The potatoes are delicious! Enjoy!
I visited this restaurant for breakfast this morning & unfortunately left disappointed. I ordered the Full Breakfast, but it didn't live up to its name. The eggs were not cooked as I requested, & the portion overall was very small - just two eggs, soggy potatoes, & two half slices of toast with butter. No whole wheat bread option was offered, & there was no jam or marmalade with the toast. The plate also lacked sides you'd normally expect in a full breakfast, like beans, fruit, or anything to make it more satisfying. I left still feeling hungry. Not going again.
Waited 15 mins for a waiter to appear then another ten to get water. Wasn't her fault she was the only one on staff. Food was tasty but far too salty. Especially on the potatoes.
So I just order online uber because I like the potatoes so much & the egg Bennie.
Why 4 ⭐?not 5? My latte had coffee grounds all up on the foam & around it. So sorry but that's not nice it's a $6 drink please make it properly. Clean the grounds off the steamer off the entire machine & run water to clean the extractor. Food is good though!
On a quest for a delightful breakfast experience, we stumbled upon this gem & were so impressed that we couldn't resist coming back the next day! Day 1: We started with Eggs Benedict, which were perfectly poached with a silky hollandaise sauce that melted in our mouths. The Montreal Breakfast Poutine was a revelation crispy potatoes, cheese curds, & savory gravy made for the ultimate comfort food. To top it off, the mimosa was refreshing & complemented the meal perfectly. Day 2: Equally excited, we returned the next morning to try more of their offerings. The Champion Omelette was fluffy, packed with fresh ingredients, & incredibly satisfying. The Massive Breakfast lived up to its name, offering a hearty plate that kept us full for hours. For drinks, the Espresso Martini was a bold & indulgent pick, while the coffee was a comforting classic. The service deserves special mention our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, & added warmth to our experience. The ambience was cozy & inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. This restaurant has earned a special place in our breakfast rotation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking great food, amazing service, & a delightful atmosphere!
While the service was good & the atmosphere ok, the food was definitely subpar. Got the chicken waffle, & nothing was good: the potatoes are very dry & overcooked, the waffles is bland, the chicken dry & overcooked too. Overall a terrible disappointment. I sure hope it was an off day & not the regular quality they serve people, because it is not a place I would ever eat at again otherwise, & I can honestly say this was my worst chicken waffle in the city so far.
Service & atmosphere are really great here. They were slammed at peak brunch hours & chewed through the line of people really quickly. The sweet items I tried were incredible. Their homemade strawberry jam, the cookie & cream latte & pancake from the Massif were so good. The savoury stuff was bland for my taste. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, crunchy but not seasoned. The sausage had a weird consistency & also didn't have much flavour to it. I came away a little disappointed. I would go back for their sweet dishes..
Food was ok. Potatoes were good. My omelette was a little bland. They didn't have a salt shaker at the terrasse & by the time the server came, I had already eaten most of it to ask for one.
The ambience is cozy & clean. The service is ok overall. The food was good but the portions are pretty small (in my plate I had 1/2 slice of ham & 1 slice of bread). But I had lots of potatoes, which became a waste. The coffee is not included in your order, so you pay it separately. You have to ask for many things like salt, pepper, splenda... Because there is nothing on the table other than the drinks menu & the QR code for the menu. I had higher expectations.
Came here for brunch. There was a short line but it moved fast. We got the breakfast poutine & the bacon & blueberry waffles (la belle province). Both were ok, although the waffles were a bit tough & chewy & there were hardly any bacon inside. The breakfast poutine could've used more sauce, I guess that's why I was offered ketchup, mayo or hot sauce. The potatoes were good though. Our waiter only came back to check on us at the end. It's a busy place, with some unique items on the menu.

The food is delicious. I am obsessed with their homemade potatoes. I also love their strawberry milkshakes. It is perfectly balanced. Not too dense. Not too sweet. Their menu is really interesting as well. I usually know what I want to eat as soon as I see the menu, but I hesitated because everything looked really good. I ended up choosing the tacos. I highly recommend it. It is like an explosion of flavours in your mouth.
Amazing food! I really had a blast with my eggs Benedicts. Potatoes were so tasty. One of my favourite brunch in Montréal so far. They do not accept reservation, so depend on the time you are planing to come, you might have to do the line-up.
I went here for brunch & had a great time! Their eggs benedict was delicious but I was more surprised by their potatoes. It was crispy & crunchy on the outside but warm & soft on the inside.
I wish I went with other people just so that I can try more food from their menu!
