One of my favorite brunch/breakfast establishments in Montréal. The service 11/10, the vibes 10/10, the drinks (coffee, mimosas, beer....) 10/10. Now the food 8/10, thats just based on the fact that anything without sausages is 🔥 (the sausages are often a little overcooked) & that the menu pretty much stays consistent. But I'm a hard critic 🤣🫶🏽, everything else is : Amazing 🔥 Must tries? The pancakes with that magic butter 😍😍😍 fluffy tasty & just perfect! Not too sweet, even with the sirop! The chicken & waffle : 🔥 I was never a milkshake person until I had theirs.
Je suis très en colère après le Fabergé, m'avoir créé un nouveau besoin avec leur délicieux beignets de Mac & Cheese! Leurs patates sont à mourir! Le service est impeccable. C'est intolérable de proposer un brunch aussi délicieux! Je vais devoir y retourner! Bravo l'équipe vous avez été fantastique!
Decent brunch spot with food for everyone, though I wish they had 1 or 2 more vegan options! They do offer alterations which was appreciated. Be sure to get the potatoes!

Très bon brunch avec des portions généreuses & des plats savoureux. Tout était frais & bien présenté, le service était rapide & l'ambiance agréable. Une très bonne adresse pour bruncher entre amis ou en famille.
Delicious brunch! Really beautiful too. The mushroom eggs Benny were lovely & not too heavy.
Absolutely loved the harvest bowl! There were squash, steamed kale, herbs, sunflower seeds, & edible flowers. Way yummier than I expected!! Perfect light but filling brunch.
The highlight of our visit was definitely the service. I believe our server was in her first few days on the job, & she was incredibly kind & welcoming.
The ambiance is beautiful-nothing to complain about there. We went on a sunny, pleasant day, which made the experience even better.
Unfortunately, the food left something to be desired for one very specific reason: the potatoes were probably the worst I've had in over 40 brunch experiences. I'm not sure if something went wrong that day, but all four of us at the table barely touched them. Overall, the food was also lacking salt.
I'm not entirely sure if I would go back to eat there again.
I had such a great brunch experience at Fabergé! The food was delicious, & the service was warm & attentive.
As someone who needs gluten-free options (celiac), I really appreciated how accommodating the team was. Even though gluten-free choices aren't clearly highlighted on the menu, the staff were very knowledgeable & happy to guide me through safe options. They also made a point of cooking the bread separately, which made me feel genuinely safe & taken care of.
It's not always easy to find places where you can fully relax & enjoy your meal without worrying, but this was definitely one of them. I felt confident in what I was eating & was able to truly enjoy my brunch.
Highly recommend-especially if you're looking for a gluten-free friendly spot in Montreal!
Very decent brunch spot- great atmosphere & decor & the service was great. We (2 ppl) were seated right away & it didn't take long for our order to be taken. I had the Rustic Benedict with the breakfast poutine instead of the potatoes & my friend had the Avo Crush with the regular side of potatoes. My meal was good but I found it a bit unbalanced (hollandaise kinda drowned out the rest of the dish) & lacking in some crunch/texture though each individual element was okay. The potatoes in breakfast poutine was similarly lacking in crunch mainly due to the hollandaise - if i come again I might try the potatoes on their own which my friend really enjoyed. My friend found the Avo Crush a bit mushy as well. Value was good & had a good experience. Overall a solid brunch spot.
C'est quand on va dans des restaurants à déjeuner qui ne sont pas des grandes chaînes qu'on voit à quel point on devrait arrêter d'aller dans les enseignes connus. Pour quelques dollars de plus, vous avez un brunch tellement plus savoureux & de qualité. Une valeur sûre pour un bon déjeuner.
