Bienvenue au restaurant Ethan, situé sur la rue de la Gauchetière, coin St-Urbain, en plein coeur du quartier chinois de Montréal. Vous serez ravis de déguster cette savoureuse cuisine chinoise authentique, où tous les plats coûtent moins de 10$! Vous pouvez ainsi découvrir une variété de délicieux mets, tels du porc, du canard rôti, le fameux poulet Général Tao, ou bien la délicieuse soupe de vermicelles, préparée avec du porc BBQ au miel. Le restaurant Ethan est d'ailleurs très connu par les gens du quartier, qui apprécient non seulement ses repas exquis, mais la rapidité et la courtoisie du personnel, qui vous permet ainsi de prendre le temps de manger votre repas du midi, surtout si vous êtes à votre heure de lunch!

We were party of 6. Sufficient room to accommodate multiple guests. Quick service. Friendly staff. Delicious authentic Cantonese dishes. Beef soup was excellent. The spring rolls were the best. Highly recommend Restaurant Ethan in China Town, Montreal Canada.

Visited this Chinese cantonese restaurant because we we searching for a place to warm up with some good hot soup. We ordered chicken corn soup & the beef soup with a side of crispy spring rolls:). Both were excellent! We also ordered the chicken fried rice, broccoli chicken, chow mein, we enjoyed all dishes the General taos chicken could have been crispier but it wasn't bad. Overall we had a nice experience. Ambiance was decent however the restroom could have used some attention. One staff member should be dedicated to this. Will visit again when in Montreal!

I have been eating takeout from there for 3 days straight & it's soooooo damn good. The Shanghai Noodles with chicken, General Tao & Beef with Brocoli are to die for. & the service is quick & simple & everyone is very polite.

Valeur qualité prix sans égale! Deux repas avec entrées & breuvages pour seulement 25$! De plus, tout était bon.

Ate here for the third time in probably the last five years today (Christmas). Was busy as it often is. Ordered yellow currey chicken with a tea. Service was quick. Portion was at least average. The prices are low here. It isn't the Taj Mahal. I'm not convinced the bad reviews are warranted. Frankly they were quite scary but most pertain to tipping. I was not asked to leave a tip in advance or at all.

Je ne comprend pas la note globale qui est basse. Je trouve que pour la prix la nourriture est toujours très bonne. Ils sont extrêmement rapide & très gentils! Je viens ici depuis 2016 & je recommande à tous le monde!

Lots of bad reviews on this place but I generally quite enjoyed the food. Lots of negative reviews on the service. I can't speak on that as I ordered to go. I would order from here again, but it's not on my top list of go to places.

Went to this restaurant during lunchtime The service was very fast I got a table instantly & received my food promptly after ordering, Food is good & cheap Service is fast & straight to the point even though the restaurant was full.

Se come muy sabroso, probar comida asiática deliciosa, dan raciones generosas acorde al precio, no es caro, si no te lo acabas, te dan recipiente para llevar.

your typical hong kong style cafe- fast easy food when you're on the go. cannot speak for the main dishes, but the sesame balls were delicious (bought them 3 times) - you cannot beat the price of 20 pieces for CA $6.95!

Simple, no frills Chinese restaurant. Food is pretty good. Service is straight forward.

Tipping is mandatory here even if the servants are almost throwing away the plates on you. Food is really good but the service is appalling.

Je vais souvent dans ce restaurant. Pour une fois j'ai eu un assez bon service. La serveuses était bien aimable. Les plats étaient aussi très délicieux. Des très grosses portions, qu'il en restait pour emporter. Le mobilier & les cartes du menu ont réellement besoin d'être remplacé. Les soupes de nouilles, les dumplings, le riz étaient très bons. Le prix aussi était très raisonnable.
