I had an amazing experience at this place, thanks to Kim, the bartender! She was incredibly attentive & made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Not only was she super friendly & engaging, but she also makes the BEST cocktails I've ever had! Each drink was perfectly crafted, & you can tell she's a true pro. Highly recommend visiting if you want great service & even better drinks!

First experience at this restaurant. Brought my mom for her birthday. The food was excellent & the service was perfect. Steaks & sides were all fantastic. Very attentive, classy but yet friendly service. They even offered dessert to my mom without me mentioning anything! Will definitely be back

Our waiter, Robert, really stood out with his attentive & detailed service. Even though there was a bit of a wait for our main course, he brought us a small starter to enjoy in the meantime, which made the experience even more pleasant. We ordered the chicken with chimichuri, which was tender & seasoned perfectly. We had the 40-day aged steak (ordered medium), & while it was undercooked (got rare), it was still good & flavorful (chimichuri helped). Didn't want to wait longer for the food, so we didn't say anything. The jumbo shrimps as sides complemented the meal beautifully crispy, fresh, & bursting with taste! The fries were ok, maybe a little bit of seasoning would help. Truly, excelent service by Robert & his team. Food quality was great. All in all, it is highly recommended!
I had an incredible experience at the restaurant! The service was top-notch, with Bruno recommending the salmon tartare, which was absolutely divine. It took my palate on a delightful journey-truly the best tartare I've ever had. A huge thank you to all the staff for their attentive service!!
This review is strange as we were exposed to many things last evening. You are sitting in a restaurant housed in a casino that is far from Las Vegas. The crowd in the casino resembled Atlantic city but the restaurant itself was nicely decorated. The points lost were because of the incredibly amount of noise you had to deal with. Dinner was not quiet!!! Lost my voice just trying to talk to the others at my table. This was compounded by a terribly placed band that was playing live music just outside the glass walls of the resto. Who decided that this location was a good idea Our waiter wasn't great but the other staff tried to pick up the slack. The Manager James sensed we were not pleased & was a gentleman & stepped in to make things right. Who stood out was also the busman Michael who should be made a waiter instantly. So attentive & kind. So besides the crazy loud environment & an "interesting" crowd inside & outside the restaurant, the food was delicious. I shared the wedge salad which was delicious & had the 12oz prime New York strip. Probably the best steak I've had in a long while. It came exactly as requested medium rare & was truly delicious. Fries were also crispy & plentiful but was off put by the cumin spice dashed on them. Make sure you tell them if you aren't a fan like our whole table. Would go back but on a quieter night.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Playground's ETC & I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance & comfort. The dim lighting & tasteful decor set the mood for a memorable evening. The service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles & a level of attentiveness that made us feel like VIPs. Our Maître D'hotel was knowledgeable about the menu & offered fantastic recommendations, clearly passionate about the food & wine offerings. Now, onto the star of the show - the A5 Wagyu steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, juicy, & bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chefs use only the highest quality cuts of meat, expertly seasoned & grilled to our exact preferences. The wine list was extensive & thoughtfully curated, providing a range of options to suit every palate & perfectly pair with the dishes. The dessert menu was a delightful end to our meal, with indulgent choices that did not disappoint. Overall, ETC exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a top-notch steakhouse with exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, & food that will leave you craving more, this is the place to be. I cannot wait to return!
Absolutely fantastic dining experience at ETC restaurant! The food was exquisite, with fresh & flavorful dishes that blew us away. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, perfect for a night out. David & his staff were very friendly & attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I particularly loved the seafood linguine & the dessert was a perfect finale. Highly recommend this gem & we can't wait to go back!

The cleanliness of the establishment was also top-notch; everything from the tables to the restrooms (which are just outside the restaurant) was spotless, which only added to our confidence in the quality of the food. Speaking of the food, the steak was cooked to perfection-juicy, tender, & bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise. Overall, this steakhouse exceeded all our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, a clean & inviting environment, & exceptional food made for an unforgettable dining experience. So so happily surprised with this amazing restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was clean & organized. Pretty calm considering it's inside the casino. The server was very attentive to our needs. I definitely recommend this spot for a nice dinner. It hits the right spots & I CANT wait to go back 🫶🏻✨

This is one of my new favourite steak houses around Montreal! The service is super friendly & very attentive. Our server RJ was absolutely amazing & really elevated our dining experience. The food was off the charts!!! Highly recommend your try the tomahawk & gluten free fondant cake! Crazy part about it is this is by far the best well priced steak house around! You'll pay double at a grinder or ribnreef for steaks that's the same....if not better! Definitely worth the visit in playground!
Great job, staters & main were fantastic, the deconstructed TIRAMISU was lacking in appearance but okay overall. The wait staff was attentive & the bar was competent. Great evening out.
