Service is repeatedly praised for being attentive and friendly, with fast and efficient handling that enhances the dining experience, though a few visits note occasional delays or loud music. The food earns high marks for freshness and flavor, with particular affection for the crusty pizzas, creamy pastas, and a tiramisu that many describe as excellent, while a handful of dishes are mentioned as less impressive. The atmosphere suits both casual lunches and celebratory dinners, with terrace seating and a lively but cozy vibe that guests find appealing. Value is seen as solid for Montreal, with many saying the quality justifies the price, and the option to take advantage of specials or gluten free choices noted by some. Popular spot for lunch. No reservations required as I have always been able to secure a table. Ideally located in the heart of downtown surrounded by office towers. Food is decent without being anything special. Prices are reasonable for the area. They have Moretti on tap! Pizza & pasta are fine. Had the tuna tartare last time I was here & it was ok. This place gets loud & the table ares placed close together. Overall a safe bet for a quick lunch or dinner before a Habs game.
I ate here several times for lunch & its always a nice experience. The staff us attentive & friendly. Salads, pasta & pizzas always delicious & fresh. Food doesnt take long to be prepared. Great place
The food was pretty good, though my friends pizza was cold. My issue is that the waiter said'we usually put cheese on top of the pasta, if that's okay?' Which I said yes to thinking it was some parm & a regular part of the dish. On the bill they charged us $4 for extra gratine. It was never clearly stated that the cheese was extra, & was implied by the way he offered it that it was how the dish is usually served. Another upcharge was on the bill for my friend's dish when she ordered the'burrata pizza' called such on the menu with a certain price, on the bill the burrata was $12 extra which was neither on the menu or mentioned by the waiter.
I ordered pizza & pasta for takeout, which were ready in about 20 minutes. The portion size for the pasta was generous & perfectly cooked. The pizza crust was crisp & delicious.
A friend & I were looking for somewhere to eat on a Sunday afternoon after getting in from a train ride. The restaurant was not too far from the Montreal Central Station. The food was delicious & the customer service was great! Didn't have to wait long for food. I had the Tortelloni Rose pasta.
We ordered the Margherita pizza & pasta-both were delicious, & the Blue Moon beer was a great pairing. While the pizza unfortunately arrived a bit cold, the overall food quality was very good. Service was quick, & the staff were friendly & respectful throughout. We sat on the terrace, which was open & offered a lovely view of Mount Royal. A great spot to enjoy good food & beautiful weather!
A good restaurant with nice ambiance. We had a group of 15 people, & we booked through OpenTable. We went early at around 5pm-ish to avoid the crowd. By the time we finished our dinner, this place was already jam-packed with a short line at the door. Both the pizza & pasta were great. Beautifully made meat-lover pizza. If it was baked in a brick pizza oven with real charcoal, it would have been even tastier. The seafood fettuccini was nicely done. Load with a good amount of seafood & cooked to perfection. It's pretty impressive. As for the steak, however, it wasn't that good of the meat quality. In terms of grilling, it was done pretty well & a good charcoal aroma. Nice server, & we had an enjoyable dinner. Overall, it's a good restaurant, especially for the holidays. Recommended.

I am a huge fan of Italian food, & it's usually my go-to cuisine. For this reason I had Enoteca Monza on my list of restaurants to try, especially since the reviews were quite impressive. The environment was pleasant, & the service was attentive & friendly, which set a good tone for the evening. However, when it came to the food itself, I was a little disappointed. Although the dishes looked amazing, the flavours fell short. My husband & I both agreed that the food lacked seasoning-salt or some extra spices would have made a big difference. As I ate, the only ingredients I could taste were the mushrooms & red pepper. The rest of the dish-pasta, chicken, & pesto sauce- lacked flavour. Perhaps other dishes are as impressive as some reviews say, but unfortunately, that was not the case with our dishes.
Food was good, coupled with a decent ambience. I dined here a few months ago, so I don't really recall the name of the pizza in the picture. The pasta was pappardelle pollo pesto, which was amazing - loved the pesto sauce & the texture of the pasta. The calamari was decent & the pizza was great!
The food was very good! The soup & the bolognese pasta were perfect (taste, quality & quantity). The limonade was a little too sweet. The service was nice, welcoming, efficient, fast. I really appreciated it. The price was ok. The restaurant is modern & stylish. I disliked the music (some kind of electronic music) which was too loud, totally incompatible with this nice Italian restaurant.
Cheap drinks, good food (especially their pasta) & great service. My go-to for after work apéro! Would not recommend their salmon tartare that was clearly frozen for a hefty price.
I wouldn't consider this authentic italian by any means. I had a pasta that had shallots that were basically raw. Service was only okay. I seemed to have been forgotten about multiple times & saw people on their phone while I was waiting for service.
I enjoyed my lobster ravioli but my friend didn't like her shrimp pasta. The service was horrible... I went & got our own parm cheese & no one checked in to see if we needed anything else or enjoyed our food.
Stumbled upon this place hungry & lookin' for some pasta. I tell you what, this place did not disappoint. From the start Annabelle greeted us with a smile & a quick introduction setting off date night right. The appetizers, wine & main course were perfect! Soo much food, should have split it. Definitely recommend.
