Une soirée gâcher par le service. Au bar & en cuisine rien qu'à fonctionner pour nous. Tout est arrivé à l'intervalle considérables de l'autre. Le point fort rest la pizza.

Hier soir, avec un groupe d'amis (7) venus de l'Alberta, que nous n'avions pas vu depuis longtemps sommes allés manger au Monza. Nous voulions reprendre le temps perdu, jaser sans se crier à tue-tête à cause de la musique d'ambiance. À notre arrivée, nous avons été dirigé vers la section bar. Impossible de se parler sans crier. J'étais extrêmement déçue. J'ai mentionné que je n'ai pas eu l'option salle à manger ou bar en réservant sinon, j'aurais refusé. Le personnel en place a été à l'écoute. Le gérant s'est empressé de trouver une solution, ils ont bien compris l'importance de notre besoin & nous avons pu être transféré dans une section parfaite. Le monza ne m'a pas déçu encore une fois. Merci 🙏 Ce fut une excellente soirée. À la prochaine 🙂
Ambience décontracté dans l'espace bar nous avons été servi par marieve le service fut très attentionné & elle a portée de très bon conseille sur le menu & le vin. Je ne connaissais pas le restaurant avant mais clairement après le service excellent nous allons certainement revenir dans ce restaurant. Merci encore à notre serveuse marieve & le gérant manuel à leurs attention particulière.
Ordinaire. Il faudrait vraiment que Megan change d'air. Première fois de ma vie que je vois une barmaid ne pas sourire 1 seule fois de toute la soirée. Ma pizza était froide, mais quand même mangeable. Barman je ne sais pas son nom mais lui était agréable. 5 étoiles pour lui 0 étoile pour sa collègue disons! Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.
Was for my daughter 17th birthday party & was an amazing night. Service was on point for them & for me sitting at the bar. Excellent service for me from Cat B. & Steven's was in charge of the group he was impeccable. Would also like to say a big thanks to the owner & management team for a wonderful evening. If I wanted too nitpick would my dish was lacking salt. But that's the only thing. If you have an event too plan this is the place for you 💕

Lunch - lobster roll was great, can confirm real lobster was used (had a piece of shell in sandwich). However the cole slaw served with roll was in a condiment size cup (barely had 3 bites). Lunch salad was so big, had to ask for a 2nd plate in order to mix it without spilling all over the table...doggie bagged half the salad.
Service was great, as was the food.
The only little dilemma we encountered was that they originally wanted to seat us at a table in the bar section (high table with high stool like chairs). Not practical suggested seating arrangement considering we didn't ask to be seated at the bar. Hostess said there wasn't any tables left indoors other than that & luckily the Manager overheard & miraculously found us one.
I chose monza to treat my BF out for his birthday. First off, I spoke in English to the hostess & she replied "pardon" then I spoke in French. She was not welcoming & not even smiled at all. Then she leads us to a bar table with stools in the bar area. I wanted to request that we have a bigger table but held my tongue. Once we received our food, we couldn't eat comfortably as there was no space! My Bf dropped his knife on the floor & the hostess saw the utensil as she passed by but didn't bother picking it up.. we asked our waitress if we can move to the bar table next to us that seated 4 & thankfully, she didn't object. We wanted to have coffee but the service was slow & decided to leave in the end. The food was amazing ..we had pizza & pasta. Unfortunately, needs improvement in their service.

Excellente nourriture & rapide. Service TRÈS moyen. Nous avons été servi dans la section bar.
La serveuse tutois, passe nous demander si c'est à notre gout mais soit n'entend pas bien ou n'écoute pas (une fois j'ai répondu " pas mangeable " pour voir la réaction & a continué son chemin), etc. À revoir de ce côté.

I go to mozza very often . The food is great im never disappointed but I have to say it's twice now I go & sit on the bar side ay a table . Our waitress was catherine & the service was horrible. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. The waitress came to see us as soon as the plates were dropped (by another guy) then didn't return the whole time. I had to ask someone to bring us take out boxes. Then about 15 minutes after we were sitting there with our jacket on did she come to ask about the bills. It wasn't even busy. She looked over a few times & saw we were done & waiting but she was just standing around doing her own thing. I was not impressed at all. I'm a great tipper also especially when the service is good they will get more than they deserve but this girl shouldn't be working at a place like this , it will drive customers away.

I have nothing but good to say about the food but the service is horrible. Waited way to long to even get acknowledged. Never came to see us to see how everything was. Waited 25 mins for my bill then when I paid couldn't find her just horrible & its twice I sit in the bar section & its bad just bad. I'm a regular & I'm really disappointed

This place is outstanding! We eat here on a regular basis & we enjoy every dish! My favorite is the Fettuccine al Funghi - mouth watering taste & amazing choice of mushrooms! My husband loves the Pizza - & he has tried quite a few of them - have never seen him disappointed or unhappy with his choice! It is a little more expensive than your regular restaurant but this is definitely not regular - this restaurant is outstanding! The only negative thing I have to say - the waitresses are dressed very revealing, with very low cut tops - I find that a little bit disrespectful towards families who go to eat there! It is not a sports bar - & I believe the image they want to project is class - lose the deep cut V shaped dresses! Just a thought!
