We had a wonderful experience at Monza Pizzeria Laval in Centropolis! The atmosphere was lively, modern, & very welcoming, perfect for a night out with family or friends. The restaurant has a great vibe, & the location in Centropolis makes it even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious. The pizzas were fresh, flavorful, & made with high-quality ingredients. Everything we ordered was well presented & tasted amazing. You can really tell they care about authenticity & quality.
The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, & made sure we had a great time throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, & we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended if you're looking for great Italian food in Laval!
Mon expérience au Monza centropolis ce samedi 3 janvier etait très limite.
Je suis venue avec mon amie manger pour célébrer mon anniversaire. La serveuse, du nom de Alisson, prenait beaucoup de temps à nous servir, prenait du temps à nous donner les plats , nous a pas donné tous les ustensiles pour le dessert, les plats étaient froids & elle n'était jamais aux environs pour venir nous aider. On lui a fait part que c'était mon anniversaire, elle nous a apporté une petite boule de crème glacée alors que la table a côté avait le droit à un gâteau. Son service était très négligé.
Rendu à la fin de notre repas, mon amie a voulu payer, & elle a donné un pourboire de 10$ sur un total de 110$, ce que je trouve très correct pour un service très limite. Elle nous a conclut avec : d'habitude on donne un plus grand pourboire, c'est mon salaire, vous auriez pu me donner plus. Cela est très irrespectueux de sa part. Honnêtement, on était à 2 doigts de lui donner 0$ de pourboire. Cela nous a complètement choqués & ça la gâche la fin de mon repas d'anniversaire. Nous avons contacté le gérant, & le service client pour les mettre au courant de son comportement. J'espère avoir un retour de votre part car j'aime beaucoup ce restaurant mais dommage.

Nous étions 2 à manger au monza centropolis. La sangria rouge est fade & il y a place à l'amélioration, mon amie a pris une pizza qu'elle a trouvée excellente & moi j'ai pris un veau parmigiana qui fût une déception totale puisqu'il était dure & pas très agréable en bouche & j'aurais dû écouter le conseil du serveur & de prendre le poulet au lieu. Par contre, le service de Joe est sans faute & très efficace puisque nous avons rien manqué avec lui. Nous avons toujours eu nos verres d'eau & la sangria remplis ce qui est rare dans les restaurants à gros volume.
Amazing restaurant, one of our favorites in centropolis. Marie-Eve was an amazing waitress, punctual, quick & on point with orders. We enjoyed her smile & friendly personality. It's refreshing to know certain restaurants still emphasize a great service. Food was incredible as well, always fresh.
the food was okay, portions a little small but that's all of the restaurants in centropolis. The service was probably one of the worse i've had. The waitress was rolling her eyes at us every time we would ask for water or something on the menu. She was very impatient the whole time we were there & we weren't even difficult with her. At the end one of the people at the table had just brought 35$ flat & her order was 33 or 34$ & naturally, she didn't leave a tip because she didn't bring more money. The waitress then proceeded to tell us how she's working for free & it's not fun to do so. & that we should tip her because her money depends on tips if we didn't know that. Most people were giving 3-5$ tip because their BILL wasn't over 20-30 She was very arrogant the whole time & trying to guilt trip us into giving her tip was really the cherry on top. I don't think she would've done that with older adults if they tipped only 15 or didn't. I don't mind tipping & I did, but honestly with her arrogance & attitude at the end i wouldn't have tipped because the service was not good. Even when we were going out the restaurant, the busgirl was on her phone, didn't even look at us. It's very sad that they have this kind of service while they have such a nice restaurant, definitely not coming back because we did not feel welcome.

There tomato sauce is blah, & frankly, gniocci de Nona should not have that name. Honestly over priced with a poor choice of wine, but that's centropolis in general, not a spot for foodies looking for a good dining experience. Go there for drinks & pizza with your friends, if you want a posh place & loud noise. Service was good & odly enough kid friendly. It's your typical Italian LVL type of place if that's your thing.
Conveniently located in the Centropolis shopping mall with outdoor & indoor seating. A lively atmosphere that reminds me of a college campus vibe. Kind of pricey here for the amount of food you're given but still delicious. It was $33CA for a large spaghetti pomodoro which I ate all in one sitting. Very filling!
J'avais lu beaucoup de commentaire négatif mais j'ai été agréablement surprise ... nous étions un peu plus de 20 personnes le Jour de L'An la nourriture a été appréciés de tous que ce soit pizza, pâtes ou autres ... les portions étaient très bien même que j'en ai rapporter à mes petits chiens ... Le serveur "Jo" était très souriant & a vraiment fait du mieux qu'il pouvait avec les conditions c'est à dire beaucoup de monde sauf que oui on n'a pas eu droit au petit pain même ceux qui avaient pris des pâtes mais pour le reste il était très souriant & professionnel ... Ha oui & les prix sont très respectacles pour une pizzaria de ce niveau (ex.: ma lasagne une bonne portion & beaucoup de sauce qui est super bonne) 22$ donc j'ai trouver ça très bien ... donc je recommande & personnellement j'y retournerai avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente ... expérience positive merci Monza Pizza au Centropolis Laval

Le service est impeccable & la nourriture exceptionnelle. Je recommande incontournable resto à Centropolis Laval. Nous serons de retour c'est garanti 👍🏻
Hi, there's good & not so good. I like coming here for the oven baked thin pizza & the really nice atmosphere. For a Saturday night I found the crowd very casual. Some people had really good food while others ( my food) was nothing special. I had the gnocchi. It was tasty but very over priced. A glass of 6oz wine was also overpriced in comparison to other restaurant at centropolis. My strawberry daiquiri arrived in a glass you'd serve soft drinks & it was over blended / watery not slushy. they have great lasagna here & some yummy Italian appetizers but again over priced. My friends had the Cesar salad & there was so little in the plate you could actually see the bottom of the plate when it was served. It's salad! Come on! The waiter was friendly but kept forgetting to ask all of us if we wanted a drink.
Nice touch & the end of the night when the manager/ owner came by to ask if all was good. For this Saturday I gave it 3 stars.
Nous sommes allé au resto du Centropolis, les calmars dont tout le monde faisait l'éloge était très pâles & très huileux, nous avons aussi commandé la tour Caprese ....les tranches de gigantesques tomates roses insipides pouvait être coupées au couteau à steak (notre gentille serveuse à retourné le tout en cuisine & exactement la même chose est revenu) Si on ne peut pas avoir de bonnes tomates dans un resto italien je ne sais pas ou en trouver. Les choses se sont améliorées avec les repas principaux.
I've had lunch/dinner at Mozza a few times in the past, & while the food is passable, the terrasse was my only highlight. The pizzas are mediocre but the appetizers have some kick in them, which sort of balances the entire meal for me.
The service can be better. It's always a hit or miss with the waiters (& while I've had some pleasant waiters at times, it definitely was not consistent most of the time with the majority of waiters). Most of the time, they're no where to be found, & the people fulfilling your requests are usually the busboys (because the waiters simply have too much to do.....)
What pushed me over the edge was my latest visit for lunch, where the credit card machines simply stopped working. Generally I try to be understanding if they need a few moments to fix things... However, the waiters asked us to pay in cash (which I never carry) or to wait until they fix the problem, no matter how long it takes!! Waiting over 45mins (with no results yet) is unacceptable, especially for lunch!
I've tried practically every restaurant in the centropolis, & let me tell you, I've had better service/comped meals for things much more trivial!!
I surely will not be going back anytime soon, despite the beautiful terrasse. I will take my money elsewhere & encourage restaurants who offer genuine & heartfelt service.
