Dimanche soir assis sur la terrasse avec de la bonne nourriture qui d'ailleurs à pris énormément du temps pour être servie. J'aurais donné 0 pour le service du serveur puisqu'il nous a jamais remplit notre eau, apportez du pain & surtout venir nous expliquer que le temps d'attente sera très long. Je donne 5 étoiles pour le gérant sur place, son prénom m'échappe, il portait des lunettes, a pris soin de mieux nous servir que notre serveur & s'est excusé du temps d'attente en nous expliquant la situation avec leur nouveau système & en nous offrant café & dessert pour notre prochaine visite.
Nous sommes partis avec le sourire & on reviendra dans l'espoir que ça sera mieux.

Belle terrasse, mais service très lent un mercredi soir. 45min après avoir reçu nos entrées, le serveur n'est pas venu une fois donc on a demandé la facture au busboy & on est parti
C'est le restaurant🍽️ préférer de ma fille Très beau restaurant soit la bouffe soit la décoration, propre,on a choisi de rester dans la terrasse puisqu'il fait beau ciel dégagé plein d'étoiles qui brillent ça faisait de l'harmonie pour notre souper On a commandé pennes poulet sauce Alfredo parmesan & spaghettis au fruit de mer 🍤 sauce tomate la nourriture est bonne on a aimé les cocktails vin blanc 🍷🍹 Les serveurs sont professionnels à l'écoute & sympathiques J'y retournerai pour un autre souper & je le recommande vivement
Excellente cuisine. C'était très délicieux. Les produits sont frais & de bonne qualité. Le staff est accueillant & professionnel & l'ambiance est belle surtout dans la terrasse.
5 mn waiting before getting a table knowing that we had a reservation made 2 days before & the terrasse was quite empty. No courtesy while waiting, some of the staff doesn't seem to happy there (not all). Very unfortunate cuz this is the 3rd time I went & I had noticed the same things over & over.

Bon restaurant italien mais la nourriture manquait un peu d’étincelles. Les lieux sont confortables & les tables espacées. Il faut prévoir votre visite par jour de beau temps afin de profiter de la terrasse qui est plein soleil. Les portions sont généreuses. Je n’y retournerai probablement pas.
Agréable soirée ,cuisine délicieuse & excellent service quoiqu'un peu lent Petit. Hic dans un resto de ce genre : le bruit ,difficile de tenir une conversation J'y retournerai en terrasse
C'était la première fois & sûrement pas la dernière. On profitera assurément de la grande terrasse l'été venu. Très bonne nourriture, portions généreuses, service attentionné. C'était un mercredi soir du mois de février (2023). Souper agréable.

Pour un lunch en terrasse en plein soleil.... Où sont passés les parasols?
Musique extérieure infernale, pourquoi faut-il toujours un fond sonore?
Service correct, nourriture quelconque.
The food was delicious, we ordered a salad & two pizzas. The crust is thin ans cooked to perfection & the toppings tasty. One of the best pizzas I have had in while! The white sangria is just as good!
Service is ok... Could be improved. I kept looking around, the other tables had a faster service & more effecient.
The terrasse is very big & crowded. Tables are close enough to eachother so don't expect it to be quiet. The music was loud at first but a big party asked to lower the volume & they did which was impressive! We were happy they did!

I've had lunch/dinner at Mozza a few times in the past, & while the food is passable, the terrasse was my only highlight. The pizzas are mediocre but the appetizers have some kick in them, which sort of balances the entire meal for me.
The service can be better. It's always a hit or miss with the waiters (& while I've had some pleasant waiters at times, it definitely was not consistent most of the time with the majority of waiters). Most of the time, they're no where to be found, & the people fulfilling your requests are usually the busboys (because the waiters simply have too much to do.....)
What pushed me over the edge was my latest visit for lunch, where the credit card machines simply stopped working. Generally I try to be understanding if they need a few moments to fix things... However, the waiters asked us to pay in cash (which I never carry) or to wait until they fix the problem, no matter how long it takes!! Waiting over 45mins (with no results yet) is unacceptable, especially for lunch!
I've tried practically every restaurant in the centropolis, & let me tell you, I've had better service/comped meals for things much more trivial!!
I surely will not be going back anytime soon, despite the beautiful terrasse. I will take my money elsewhere & encourage restaurants who offer genuine & heartfelt service.
