Great service and good dishes overall, you can't go wrong with this restaurant if you are new to Persian cuisine. The grilled meats are well seasoned and nicely cooked. The rice is pretty good, but I've had better at other similar restaurants. The staff is pretty nice and helpful. I am frankly surprised that some are complaining about their French speaking skills... This is NDG, it is farfetched to expect everyone to be proficient in French. All in all, great place.

I've had lunch/dinner at Mozza a few times in the past, and while the food is passable, the terrasse was my only highlight. The pizzas are mediocre but the appetizers have some kick in them, which sort of balances the entire meal for me. The service can be better. It's always a hit or miss with the waiters (and while I've had some pleasant waiters at times, it definitely was not consistent most of the time with the majority of waiters). Most of the time, they're no where to be found, and the people fulfilling your requests are usually the busboys (because the waiters simply have too much to do.....) What pushed me over the edge was my latest visit for lunch, where the credit card machines simply stopped working. Generally I try to be understanding if they need a few moments to fix things... However, the waiters asked us to pay in cash (which I never carry) or to wait until they fix the problem, no matter how long it takes!! Waiting over 45mins (with no results yet) is unacceptable, especially for lunch! I've tried practically every restaurant in the centropolis, and let me tell you, I've had better service/comped meals for things much more trivial!! I surely will not be going back anytime soon, despite the beautiful terrasse. I will take my money elsewhere and encourage restaurants who offer genuine and heartfelt service.
