Was able to get a table right away without a reservation on a weekday night. I had a good time, but it is pricy though. Spent $70 for 2.5 meatballs, a bowl of pasta, & a glass of wine. I don't know if I could personally justify going back any time soon.
It's a hidden gem in the suburbs of Montreal!! Everything we got was amazing.. kale Cesar salad, pasta & pizza!! I wish I could have eaten more but I was already so full.. haha! Service was also perfect.. we did not feel like it was too fast, but had ample time to enjoy our meals without the waitress rushing us. We sat outside, its cute. Personally because I'm pregnant, I was hot. Next time will sit inside. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We enjoyed it so much we'd like to come back again tomorrow!!
Gorgeous food, gorgeous atmosphere, & friendly service! We've been here twice now for special occasions & the food never disappoints. The homemade pastas, in particular, are lovely. The terrasse that backs onto a quiet alley, adding to the special feeling of the experience.
It's definitely one of the best pizzas & pasta in town. Very good wine choices & the diverse menu for all taste buds!
Food was delicious. Service was abysmal. First let me say that the food at this restaurant is outstanding. Really lovely dishes executed well. I made a reservation for 12 for my Best friends bachelorette weekend, & recut very kind very encouraging email back ensuring that they were extremely accommodating for dietary restrictions/preferences. As soon as we arrived I informed our waiter that we had one vegan in the group & if there was a way to accommodate her in the pre-fix menu courses. She said "of course, no problem." Great! Dishes start to arrive, including a delicious ceasar salad & asparagus dish . Nothing has been modified. Ok.... Maybe they're taking a while with the vegan options. Then the pizzas came, nothing. Our vegan friend had starting eating our crusts. Then the pasta dishes, at this point it's been an hour & a half since we sat down & our friend is starving. We politely asked our waiter several different times in between courses of the vegan fooos was coming, a salad dressed with a vinegary would suffice, & they kept saying "yes yes., sorry." They sent out a complementary drink for the table to apologize, but it was half finger of Paloma or some batch chill, hardly anything. I finakky got up out of my seat & go over to the bar & say "hi you know our friend still hasn't had anything to eat & she's very hungry, where is her meal?" & the waitress said that it was her mistake, she'd forgotten to put the orders in with the vegan modification, but she'd make sure the meal was made right now. Right now? It had been hours & we'd already prodded them three times. One of my friends even said "I thought we were being annoying with how many times we asked about it!" So then our friend FINALLY gets a bowl of pasta with red sauce. Everyone else has finished eating. She's like, hurrying to finish since they have a 2.5 hour limit for big groups. Then, insult to injury, I get the bill & the prefix menu has been charged for all 12 of us, including the vegan. I take a look & say, "please remove her from this bill she didn't get to eat anything." & they agreed. But then they came Back & handed our friend HER OWN BILL! Charging her for a kid's menu $17 charge. I was floored. We had bought several bottles of wine everyone got at least one cocktail, the bill was well over $1000 & here they were trying to charge our poor friend for her pathetic meal. We insisted she not have to pay, but the waitress countered that she had comp'ed some drinks for the table & wasn't that good enough? We were silent & in disbelief & the manager came over to ask what was wrong. We finally got them to drop her charge but OH MY GOD. I've never felt more absolute disregard or a lack of care for a group. We were polite, spent a ton of money & the least they could have done was eat the $17 dollars. I think that if they're not plant based friendly, they need to own up to that fact. (Several reviews on here suggest that they've treated other vegetarians & vegans similarly) or do better. Other restaurants email beforehand to gather any restrictions BEFORE the party even arrives so that everything goes smoothly. They should consider one of these two options.
Amazing service & atmosphere. We split a pizza & a pasta & both were delicious. Our waitress was a highlight & was happy to recommend a wine & talk about the new things that just came in. Highly recommend for a cool date night
Honestly, the best appetizers I think I've ever had at any restaurant, ever. Tried the fried cauliflower, arancini, & red peppers with bread. I could've eaten just that for a meal. The Margherita & Diablo pizzas were delicious as well, & so was the pasta. Had a bit of gelato & an espresso afterwards, & the whole meal was only $65 (plus drinks). Crazy good value for eating out these days.
Heard a lot of good things about the pizza at this resto. We opted for the dany, the diavolo 2.0, the kale salad & gigli pasta. My favourite dishes were the Dany & the kale Caesar salad. The combination of the sweet honey & the chili oil was fantastic on the pizza. The kale Caesar was well executed & came in a pretty large portion. The service was also great! The pizza here is however comparable to a lot of other restos in Montreal. A bit more pricey but the quality is definitely there.
Everything about our meal was soooo good. Fresh pasta, variety of brilliant pizzas, thoughtful cocktail menu, & the Kale Caesar is every bit as good as everyone says. A shining example of a kitchen that is preparing dishes with relatively simple ingredients but executing them at the highest level. Loved everything about our visit.
tasty stuff. I was a big fan of the pasta specifically, the giugli (may have got it wrong). great texture, flavor & portion size
Funguy (mushroom) pizza & ragu pasta were amazing! Perfect balance with the right amount of flavors. The pepperoni pizza had a spicy so look for another pizza if you can't handle it.
Amazing italian spot - The Mafalda al Ragù must be the best pasta dish in Montreal. Also, alot of dishes to share with friends (appetizers, pizza, salads, etc.)
Take out; My Amex credit was expiring Dec31, I didn't have time to dine anywhere really during the holidays. I ordered them to go over the phone, went smoothly, ready in one hour even though the restaurant was quite busy, 4 pizzas & 3 pastas, nicely packed. All delicious & the best value ever. I will order again, maybe dine in next time.
Our go to for a fun & great meal. Consistent & delicious! Kale Caesar, Pasta, Pizza & Wine. 😌
We just got our order delivered & only got half of the Industrie alla Pala (one box instead of 2), which is very frustrating. Last time we ordered from you the pasta dish was forgotten & we had to contact you then as well. We are calling the restaurant to get the second half of the pizza but no one is picking up (been 10 times since around 9:10pm). We would love to just get the second half of our pizza tonight. I've emailed you at the email address on your website but it says the domain cannot be found.
Loved the bar seatings. Didn’t feel loud. Best pizza in Sud-Ouest. Pasta pretty good too. Perfect drinks. Great wine list. Don’t skip dessert! Worth every penny. Service & attention was A+. Want to go back already.
The fried risotto was amazing. The red wine pasta was good as well. The fungy pizza was good too. Nothing amazing I’d give 4 stars. The spot is really nice though.

This restaurant was a complete disappointment. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though we had a reservation. What was worse was that when finally seated, the hostess sat the three (3) of us at a table for (2). One of us had to sit at the end of the table like a child in a high-chair. When we complained, there was no apology. The hosting staff leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress, however, made up for the bad hosting service & was superb. The table was far too small for a group of three, causing food to fall around the table. The suppli were good, but the remainder of the food was sub-par. The cavatelli pasta dish was oily & overly salty. The tagliatelle were fine, but again, nothing special. There are plenty of better options for good Italian fare in Montreal.

I loved my first meal, I've already been back twice! First visit was with a party of four so we were able to sample a larger selection. Incredible pizza oven produces many delights; I've had Mushroom, Margharita & White pizzas = delish! The second visit we kept it down to just the one White pizza & we ordered the Nocco Fritto appetizer & shared a Pasta Verde as well. I enjoyed a glass of orange wine. There was a special dessert that evening called the Financier (named after it's popular shape resembling a gold bar!) Staff is super knowledgable & friendly. Comfortable seating; love the space & decor. Not your regular pizzeria but personally, I might be on MY way to becoming a regular!
