You haven't actually experienced this bar until you've had Jackson as the bartender. He is an absolute legend behind the bar & clearly loves every second of what he does.
He's incredibly chatty, personable, & is full of great recommendations for things to do in the area.

This is my favorite bar in Montreal. Cold room downstairs is a close second. For one reason…. Jackson. Jackson is the best bartender I have ever encountered. He is the driver of the vibes & the pourer of magic. If I walk in & see Jackson the money joyfully flies from my wallet. This is a must visit.
Had such a good time at this gem of a bar! Jackson is an amazing bartender with so much knowledge & passion for Rhum. Drinks were so delicious & he is guaranteed to create a drink that will please your preferences. Must go if you are in montreal!
Jackson does some type of witchcraft with spirits. I am solemnly a tequila bae, & i've been coming again & again. 10/10 mixologist, would recommend.

Whether you speak French or English or maybe even Spanglish, Jackson can lock eyes with you for 2.7 seconds before telling you exactly what adult beverage your heart desires. What is this magic? It's a mystical wonder of Montreal that must be experienced. I didn't even take a picture of my drink I was so enthralled, living in the moment. But thank you Jackson for a unique Montreal encounter. I hope to be back! 💙
