This is indeed the smallest bar in Canada. The vibe is super chill & as the bartender would say'it is like having a drink at your house'. A very cozy place, so small that you finish having friendly interactions with the people around, I would say it's a nice place to meet new people & mostly Spanish speakers.
My girlfriend & I found this bar on a whim & it was everything we were looking for! The atmosphere, drinks, & company were amazing! Our bartender, Jackson, was probably coolest person I've met & could talk your ear off about rum! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun yet relaxing time!

So nice we had to visit twice the same night!! The smallest bar in Montreal made a big impression- our bartender Jackson didn't miss once suggesting unbelievable rum cocktails, a must visit for anyone in old montreal or someone who thinks they don't like rum.
Tristan the bartender is AMAZING!!! It's an extremely small bar but such a unique & extraordinary bar. He was amazing. My fiance & I had so much fun. We were sharing music of Afrbobeats & Spanish music with him. We gave him recommendations & he gave us song recommendations as well as where to go for the best bars. The drinks were incredible. My partner & I had about 7-9 drinks & it was very worth it. Thank you Tristan for everything!
The cocktails are out of this world & it would be impossible to describe the incredible service experience - positive vibes, super talented bartender (shout out to Jackson) & a place you need to experience if you're in Montreal. We'll be back!
Jackson the bartender is an absolute legend. Tell him what flavors or notes you're looking for in a cocktail, & he will whip up something customized to your liking (with rum as the primary spirit of course, as this is a rum bar). There's no standard menu as such. The cocktails were strong & dangerously delicious - you couldn't tell how much booze is in each drink because they taste so good. Jackson is a lot of fun to talk to, & he clearly has a lot of passion for mixology. Come for the tasty custom cocktails, but stay for the conversation & vibe. Note that it's a small & intimate space, so don't expect too much privacy.
Great little cozy bar:) Bartender was super friendly & eager to please his customers with great cocktails. The hot buttered yum is great. I was craving the coconut whipped cream for days after!
Fantastic rum selection & a great vibe, but the real highlight was the bartender, Jackson. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, & clearly passionate about what he does. This is a must stop every time we visit Montreal. Jackson has been the bartender the last couple of visits & he's incredible. The type of bartender where you don't have to look at a menu. 10 out of 10
You haven't actually experienced this bar until you've had Jackson as the bartender. He is an absolute legend behind the bar & clearly loves every second of what he does.
He's incredibly chatty, personable, & is full of great recommendations for things to do in the area.
