Atmosphere is friendly. The bartender Jackson is the highlight of the place. Knowledgeable & can talk to anyone about anything. Such a pleasant engaging young man. & he really knows how to make amazing drinks - super smart. I love the vibe & the baseball cards & just how you felt like you belong there while you're there. Best bar I've ever visited.

Jackson made our night. He's one of those bartenders who makes you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. His knowledge & passion for rum are incredible, & somehow he can make anyone appreciate it, even if you're convinced you're not a rum person. Amazing cocktails, great conversation, & exceptional hospitality. Can't wait to come back!

This place is an absolute gem & a must see if you're visiting Old Montreal. A tiny little room, full of things to look & stare at, with an awesome bartender to serve you delicious rum cocktails. We loved it, the room really invited everyone in it (8 people) to chat with all the other guest around. We spoke to people from Alberta, California & a lovely couple from Munich. It was raining so the terrace was close, but the vibe inside was so good, we all forgot about the bad weather. Would definitely go again. Might be our favourite spot in Montreal so far.
