Great papusas! I would recommend the revuelta!! Frijol are good, but not as good as some other places in Montreal. Plantain was cooked perfectly.

Le meilleur restaurant salvadorien de Montréal ! Les pupusas sont tout simplement excellentes, la cuisine traditionnelle est délicieuse & authentique, & l'horchata est un vrai régal. Chaque plat me rappelle les saveurs de mon pays.
El Chalateco, c'est un petit morceau du Pulgarcito de América en plein coeur de Montréal. Si vous souhaitez découvrir la véritable cuisine salvadorienne ou retrouver le goût de chez vous, je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation. Le service est chaleureux & l'ambiance est accueillante. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

J'ai été agréablement surpris des bas prix du resto ainsi que de la qualité des repas, c'était ma premiére expérience dans un restaurant salvadorien & j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Je recommende fortement à tout amateur de cuisine latine!

We came here specifically for the pupusas & they did not disappoint! We had the cheese & con todo. They had lots of filling & excellent flavor. We also ordered the yuka & chicharron & loved it. Would highly recommend 👌

Je recommande vraiment Restaurant El Chalateco si vous cherchez de la vraie cuisine salvadorienne à Montréal. Les pupusas sont honnêtement les meilleures que j'ai mangées en ville , toujours fraîches, pleines de saveur. Les prix sont super raisonnables, les portions généreuses, & le staff est incroyablement gentil & accueillant. On se sent vraiment bien dès qu'on entre. L'ambiance & la nourriture me donnent l'impression d'être au Salvador à chaque visite. 🇸🇻❤?
