L'ambiance chaleureuse en entrant vous comblera. Si ce n'était que ça le service impécable avec des assiette travailler autant sur la présentation que sur les saveurs. Les portions étaient plus que suffisantes. Une de nos plus belle decouverte.Voir plus

Best food so far since being in Tremblant. We shared pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bacon, & toast. Very relaxing atmosphere, the owners sat down & chatted with us. Food & coffee was amazing. Will have to go back to try dinner!Voir plus

Each dish felt like a work of art, prepared with care from a menu that changes daily. The egg & mushroom appetizer was delicious, the fish with black risotto was outstanding & the lamb shank melted in the mouth. The pear & caramel dessert was also very tasty with a mixture of tastes & textures. I highly recommend the Bistro at Bel Air. I was surprised it wasn't busier - probably as it's a 15 minute drive from the ski village. Though, in my view, definitely worth the visit.Voir plus

Very average/subpar food & a very long wait (45 minutes with a reservation). The menu is deceiving & there aren't any a la carte options, just what they have on their chalk board (which is a very limited selection compared to what is on their actual menu). Onion soup had barely any soup (& wasn't great). Salmon tataki was below average. Salmon/pork entree were average. The best thing was the chicken (risotto was solid). Amazing food & overall great experience. I have two favorite spots for brunch in town, & this is one of them! For dinner, this has been one of the best meals I've had in Mont Tremblant - the braised lamb is just unbelievably delicious, well served, & well priced. The risotto is another hit. Definitely going back to try other dishes. The chef & sous-chef are really caring, talented, & can explain all the thought & creativity put into the menu.
