This is the best restaurant I have been to in all of Tremblant. Our waiter was incredible, our food was incredible & the atmosphere was incredible. Our waiter spoke fantastic English which we appreciated not being fluent in French. He was welcoming & kind. This place is an experience. In food, & atmosphere. I wish we had found it sooner. We will be back again & again!

I really love the place & the food 10/10 & not to mention Sarah & Olivia they are the best! We showed up without reservations on Saturday night & still found a table & gave us a wonderful evening experience! Thank you so much!

Deux cuisiniers / sushimen seulement alors que le restaurant était plein. Service très très long ….

Les makis sont bons mais rien d'extraordinaire, les sushis très moyens (je n'ai même pas reconnu l'oeuf dans le Tamago).

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Ekki sushi. My wife & I had a 7:45pm reservation & did not get greeted & seated until 8:15pm. I brought it up to the hostess that we had been waiting 30 minutes & she brushed it off hardly even acknowledging my frustration. Once we were seated, we did not see our server for another 15 minutes. After we put our food & drink orders in, which took way too long to arrive, our server forgot the beer I ordered, & only brought it after I asked about it once our food arrived. When the beer showed up, the pint glass was only 3 quarters full. The food was mediocre, & is most certainly overpriced. I would have had no issue with paying the premium pricing had the service been excellent, but unfortunately it wasn't even remotely acceptable. I do wonder whether there were unforeseen staffing issues tonight which led to the extremely poor service, or if this is a regular course of business for this restaurant. I do want to acknowledge that the atmosphere & setting of the restaurant is quite nice, which would be a draw for anyone, however if the service I experienced tonight is the standard, then I can't imagine this restaurant seeing a lot of repeat customers. I hope that my poor experience was a one off for this restaurant that was caused staffing issues, however I am not so sure. I will not be returning to find out. There was no acknowledgment of the poor service & terrible wait time to be seated 30 minutes after our reservation, & certainly no attempt to make it right for us even after we voiced our frustration.

I normally don't care enough to leave a review if a restaurant fails to live up to expectations, but I had to let others know that if you're thinking about coming here for a special occasion-don't. The staff do not care & you will be waiting 2 hours for your food.

I went to this restaurant back in February while on a vacation for my birthday. There are limited upscale sushi restaurants in the area so this seemed like the best choice for my birthday dinner. From the time we ordered, to the time we actually got our sushi (there was 2 of us & the restaurant was not full), it had been 2.5 hours. Absurd. & we had plans after dinner not expecting it to take longer than 2 hours, which we of course missed. After an hour & a half I decided that we should probably check in with our server, but she was no where to be found. I ended up flagging down another waitress, who said that she was not our server & couldn't do anything. After 2 hours I was able to finally get the attention of our waitress, who 1) did not care about the fact that it was my birthday or that we had plans after & 2) didn't offer any apology for the slow service. I understand kitchens get backed up, but there had been no communication from anyone about when we could expect to get our food for 2 hours.

I have no complaints about the food itself, I think it exceeded expectations considering the area & the lack of options. But when you're paying premium prices you expect at least decent service, & this fell far below that.

Mon expérience a été excellente. Le chef Mike est vraiment attentionné, à l'écoute. On peut vraiment voir qu'il aime ce qu'il fait. Le personnel aussi est vraiment gentil & serviable. Je recommande a 100%!!!!!
