Bien situé au-dessus du "vieux" village de Tremblant, le Bistro Bel Air & son Dôme promettaient beaucoup... Au final, un service très lent, des plats simples, voire simplistes. Pour être honnête, nous y étions à l'heure du brunch, peut être que les soupers sont exceptionnels. A essayer encore une fois...Voir plus

Cuisine raffinée créative & savoureuse. Chef'' LÉO'' talentueux explique ses plats avec passion. Que l'on a adoré ma fille mon petit fils & moi. Un vrai délice pour les papilles les yeux & l'odorat. We had the most wonderful meal at the new Bistro at Bel-Air. We were cozy in their heated dome, enjoying the views of their pool & night sky. We started off with cocktails, followed by two entrees I have never experienced in my life! Their signature egg, which was poached & topped with mushrooms & a sauce (get bread to lick it all up!). It was amazing! We also had the Mussels au gratin, so yummy - I highly recommend it! I could have just ordered round after round of the first two dishes & been a happy camper! That's how wowed I am by their entrees! But the meal continued & we were not disappointed. Our main course was the 12 hour Lamb Shank Confit, which was superb, & the mushroom risotto, absolute perfection! Both were hearty & yummy for a cold winter's day apres ski! For dessert we had the Chocolate Crispy that caused me to moan a little too loud on the first bite than was probably appropriate. & we had the Creme Brullé which was excellently done. Le Bistro has a wonderful cocktail & mocktail menu, with a great selection of wines & beers. I highly recommend this hidden gem, for their unique dishes & wonderful atmosphereVoir plus

WoW nous avons passé un magnifique moment. Le chef Léo est très accueillant il décrit les plats avec passion. Tout ce que nous avons dégusté était un pur délice. La présentation, les quantités & l'ambiance tout était parfait. Nous étions dans la section du bistro dôme donc vue sur l'extérieur. Les lumières donnaient une belle lueur pour admirer le paysage. We enjoyed our filling breakfast at Le Bistro. It was a short walk from our yurt at Bel Air. The menu is diverse & the food was delicious. I would love more coffee/espresso options if I am being picky, but otherwise it was wonderful & a very accommodating staff.Voir plus

I would not go back to this restaurant. It was not a good fit for our group. We were 3 couples with two dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance & pescatarians). The menu was limited which was difficult for the dietary restrictions. The kitchen did not offer to modify any dishes to suit our needs. The serving staff were not friendly. & the food was very expensive for what it was. The property was beautiful but overall the experience was not worth the price & we all left feeling hungry having spent a lot of money.Voir plus
