Best food so far since being in Tremblant. We shared pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bacon, & toast. Very relaxing atmosphere, the owners sat down & chatted with us. Food & coffee was amazing. Will have to go back to try dinner!View more

Each dish felt like a work of art, prepared with care from a menu that changes daily. The egg & mushroom appetizer was delicious, the fish with black risotto was outstanding & the lamb shank melted in the mouth. The pear & caramel dessert was also very tasty with a mixture of tastes & textures. I highly recommend the Bistro at Bel Air. I was surprised it wasn't busier - probably as it's a 15 minute drive from the ski village. Though, in my view, definitely worth the visit.View more

Very average/subpar food & a very long wait (45 minutes with a reservation). The menu is deceiving & there aren't any a la carte options, just what they have on their chalk board (which is a very limited selection compared to what is on their actual menu). Onion soup had barely any soup (& wasn't great). Salmon tataki was below average. Salmon/pork entree were average. The best thing was the chicken (risotto was solid). Amazing food & overall great experience. I have two favorite spots for brunch in town, & this is one of them! For dinner, this has been one of the best meals I've had in Mont Tremblant - the braised lamb is just unbelievably delicious, well served, & well priced. The risotto is another hit. Definitely going back to try other dishes. The chef & sous-chef are really caring, talented, & can explain all the thought & creativity put into the menu. The experience & food were spectacular!!! I can not recommend this restaurant enough. We had the spicy tuna tartare, cheese soufflé, wild mushroom risotto & the lamb shank. Everything was truly prepared with the ultimate care. The risotto was the creamiest I've ever had. The chef is so enthusiastic & is clearly dedicated to ensuring a fabulous meal. via LibroÀ l'arrivé, personne nous as accueillie, ils ont passer à coter de nous pour accueillir des gens qui venaient d'arriver, ensuite la communication pour nous donner les repas était très nébuleuse, ils se sont tromper de plateau entre deux couples des trois couples, aucune présentation des plateaux, & donc comme nous avions le mauvais, on pensait que nos autres sushis allaient arrivé .. & bien non, pour nous « dédommager » ils nous ont dit qu'il nous chargerait pas les bols de riz que l'autre couple avait demandé, mais ça n'avais aucun lien avec nous ... n'y l'autre couple ou qu'il y avait eu erreur ... donc ce fût une drôle d'expérience côté service ... mais les sushis meme si ce n'était pas ceux qu'on avait commandé, était très excellent !
