Third time but definitely not the last. This place never fails to amuse me & everybody I brought in to try the best sushi in Tremblant. The location & ambiance is beautiful, & the food was the big cherry on top! 🤩 Big shoutout to Chef Merts for an amazing masterpiece! It's incredible how food can look so good & also taste delicious! I believe he changes the sushi menu based on the season & this has got to be one of the best sets I've tried. The servers were all so kind & accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Tremblant. We only did a day trip but we ended our day with a full & happy stomach 🥰🤤View more

Cozy beautiful place in the midst of mountains at Mont Tremblant. The food is exquisite. Best sushi I ever had. Ingredients are top quality. Fish simply melts under tongue. Even the rice has a grain quality of its own. Chef Merts is a gem & so nice & funny too. Kudos to you!View more

Got the only 2 VIP seats with a view of the chef in action. Chef Merts is an amazing chef, he even offered us wagyu nigiris on the house that were to die for. Ekki was an incredible dining experience. So much that we returned later in our week long visit to Mt Tremblant. Lucie, our server made both visits extra special with her cheerful service that was above & beyond. The food is exceptional - must-haves include the truffle edamame - easily the best edamame we've ever tasted. The pork ramen is also a chart topper, & we've had a lot of ramen. The pork is incredibly savory as is the broth. The ahi tuna in any format is fabulous & fresh caught, never frozen according to the chefs. On our second visit Lucie sat us as the chef's table so we could see the sushi prep first hand. The chefs were wonderful & engaging as they worked to prepare tasty & beautifully presented works of art, each garnished with tiny flowers & served on wooden planks, some so large they spanned entire table widths. The hot sake is superb & served in a warm water-filled container to keep it hot. As for the decor - it's a very unique & cool vibe - predominantly eastern with touches of mountain lodge chic in the exposed ceiling frame planks. You can park close to the restaurant if spaces are available but we recommend parking at the base & taking the lit wooden stairway for a wonderful & picturesque experience. Chapeau to the entire operation at Ekki. We look forward to returning on our next visit.View more

Quelle belle journée expérience culinaire que nous avons la chance de connaître a Tremblant. Nous avons opté pour le menu découverte pour deux. Le chef Jian nous a concocté de fabuleuses découvertes du début à la fin. À retenir, les 3 types différents de thon, blanc, rouge & le rouge gras… WoW aussi le tartare de wagyu & le plat de résistance à la fin, le plat de sushis tous excellents. À noter je vous recommande comme accompagnement le prosecco, les bulles & suchis vont de pairs. Service à la auteur de nos attentes. Nous avions aussi la place de choix qui nous permettait de voir les chefs à l'oeuvre & pouvoir poser les questions. Pour terminer nous avons appris que tout les poissons arriven d'une fraîcheur & d une qualité impeccable directement du Japon, bonne découverteView more

We had an absolutely amazing dinner on a rainy, misty night in Mont Tremblant. We dined on the Chef's Experience to try all of the restaurant's specialities. Truffle Edamame, salmon in jalapeno sauce, wagu beef tartare & then a gorgeous platter of sushi ending with a matcha tea cheesecake. All incredible. We will be back for sure the next time. Très Très Très belle expérience memorable. Nous sommes allés souper & déjeuner en amoureux pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Les chefs Julien & Léo étaient absolument excellents. La nourriture était unique & une si belle expérience. Le service était super! Tout ce qu'on goûtait était memorable & si bien cuit. Absolutely excellent food & service! Our waitress was so sweet & the chef was outstanding. We ordered 4 starters (Caribbean fritters, lake fried fish, burrata, crab meat) & 2 mains (sea bass + salmon wellington) off the new menu but then thought to add another main in case it wasn't enough. Later on e we'd started eating, we realised we'd had enough food & asked to cancel the second sea bass we added later. The waitress informed us that they hadn't started it yet cause the chef wanted to make sure we still wanted the sea bass. I was amazed at the honestly & humility of the chef, most places would jump got an excuse to charge you more. The food was absolutely amazing - the portion sizes were so generous but quality wasn't compromised. The salmon wellington was a new concept to us but did not disappoint! The risotto under the sea bass so creamy & delicious. For dessert we got a chocolate fondant & berry tart, both were excellent & not too sweet. The chef then brought us out some house made compote with our desserts as a treat on the house to finish off our meals. Ultimately, this was absolutely excellent. So well priced for incredible quality food, & in such a cozy environment!View more
