WoW nous avons passé un magnifique moment. Le chef Léo est très accueillant il décrit les plats avec passion. Tout ce que nous avons dégusté était un pur délice. La présentation, les quantités & l'ambiance tout était parfait. Nous étions dans la section du bistro dôme donc vue sur l'extérieur. Les lumières donnaient une belle lueur pour admirer le paysage. We enjoyed our filling breakfast at Le Bistro. It was a short walk from our yurt at Bel Air. The menu is diverse & the food was delicious. I would love more coffee/espresso options if I am being picky, but otherwise it was wonderful & a very accommodating staff.View more

I would not go back to this restaurant. It was not a good fit for our group. We were 3 couples with two dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance & pescatarians). The menu was limited which was difficult for the dietary restrictions. The kitchen did not offer to modify any dishes to suit our needs. The serving staff were not friendly. & the food was very expensive for what it was. The property was beautiful but overall the experience was not worth the price & we all left feeling hungry having spent a lot of money.View more

Best food so far since being in Tremblant. We shared pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bacon, & toast. Very relaxing atmosphere, the owners sat down & chatted with us. Food & coffee was amazing. Will have to go back to try dinner!View more

Each dish felt like a work of art, prepared with care from a menu that changes daily. The egg & mushroom appetizer was delicious, the fish with black risotto was outstanding & the lamb shank melted in the mouth. The pear & caramel dessert was also very tasty with a mixture of tastes & textures. I highly recommend the Bistro at Bel Air. I was surprised it wasn't busier - probably as it's a 15 minute drive from the ski village. Though, in my view, definitely worth the visit.View more
