Très décevant car énormément de potentiel. pour débuter on nous dit qu'il y a deux choses sur le menu qu'ils n'ont pas & nos deux premiers choix de bouteilles de vin......ils en avait pas ! Le pain qu'on nous a servi avait des brûlures de congélation, mon entrée a été servie dans un bol craqué ; 2 erreurs inacceptables ! Le service était très lent, une heure d'attente entre notre entrée & le repas principal. Il n'y avait que deux tables avec des gens, nous (2 couples) & un party de fête avec 6 personnes, amis de la hôtesse qui ont clairement bénéficié d'un service prioritaire . Je n'y retournerai malheureusement jamais.View more

We had the most wonderful meal at the new Bistro at Bel-Air. We were cozy in their heated dome, enjoying the views of their pool & night sky. We started off with cocktails, followed by two entrees I have never experienced in my life! Their signature egg, which was poached & topped with mushrooms & a sauce (get bread to lick it all up!). It was amazing! We also had the Mussels au gratin, so yummy - I highly recommend it! I could have just ordered round after round of the first two dishes & been a happy camper! That's how wowed I am by their entrees! But the meal continued & we were not disappointed. Our main course was the 12 hour Lamb Shank Confit, which was superb, & the mushroom risotto, absolute perfection! Both were hearty & yummy for a cold winter's day apres ski! For dessert we had the Chocolate Crispy that caused me to moan a little too loud on the first bite than was probably appropriate. & we had the Creme Brullé which was excellently done. Le Bistro has a wonderful cocktail & mocktail menu, with a great selection of wines & beers. I highly recommend this hidden gem, for their unique dishes & wonderful atmosphereView more
