WoW nous avons passé un magnifique moment. Le chef Léo est très accueillant il décrit les plats avec passion. Tout ce que nous avons dégusté était un pur délice. La présentation, les quantités & l'ambiance tout était parfait. Nous étions dans la section du bistro dôme donc vue sur l'extérieur. Les lumières donnaient une belle lueur pour admirer le paysage. Good chef, very bold flavors, & good portion sizes. Too expensive. Atmosphere is a bit empty & it's a part of a club for Bel Air community around, but could be more jovial & romantic if they work more on it. Dessert was good.View more

Amazing food & overall great experience. I have two favorite spots for brunch in town, & this is one of them! For dinner, this has been one of the best meals I've had in Mont Tremblant - the braised lamb is just unbelievably delicious, well served, & well priced. The risotto is another hit. Definitely going back to try other dishes. The chef & sous-chef are really caring, talented, & can explain all the thought & creativity put into the menu. The experience & food were spectacular!!! I can not recommend this restaurant enough. We had the spicy tuna tartare, cheese soufflé, wild mushroom risotto & the lamb shank. Everything was truly prepared with the ultimate care. The risotto was the creamiest I've ever had. The chef is so enthusiastic & is clearly dedicated to ensuring a fabulous meal. You will LOVE this culinary experience.
First of all I got to say I NEVER give 5 stars but this experience deserves it.

Each bite told a different part of the story, the freshness of each piece was palpable, & the delicacy behind each taste is a clear evidence of a labour of love.

All the favours were balanced & well thought out.....the chef took care of us & took us in a wild ride of freshness, tradition & experimentation.

The service was cordial & pertinent, but inexperience (except for the manager) the service is the only place that needs improvement.

Love the experience & highly recommended

Located in the Bel Air Tremblant clubhouse ,you will find Bistro Belair. A nice little restaurant well known for their brunch ,but chef Julien surely knows his things & will prepare you the best lunch &/or dinner you will get in the area.

The moment you will discover this place,you know you will come back for more.

Nous avons été assis au comptoir du chef. Nous avons vues un mure de béton toute la soirée. Donc voici notre suggestion.... Montez le comptoir pour voir les chefs au travail. Service un peu lent, mais la nourriture était excellent & le restaurant très beau. Nous allons sûrement retourner, mais vraiment pas assis au comptoir.

We had the most wonderful experience at Ekki sushi. The service, the food (delicious & the presentation was impeccable- chef's kiss) & the ambiance were absolutely perfect. Tera, our server even sang happy birthday to me, which was such a nice surprise! I would most definitely recommend Ekki to everyone.

My wife & I were there to celebrate our 30th anniversary (note we did not share this with anyone there) The food is great & it's a lovely restaurant. We were seated at the Chef's table & while the Chef was very nice & engaging, the experience could have been better. We had to wait way too long to be able to place our orders & for food to arrive . When it came time to pay, it still took at least 10-15 mins to get her attention. I suspect she had too much to do with Hostess responsibilities & other tables. While Chef's table seating is somewhat out of sight, it should not be out of mind.

Great food, poor service. We made reservations in advanced & waited to be seated, & despite a table already set, we were sat at the chefs table - which was specifically requested in reservation would prefer regular table. It then took 30 minutes to get our drinks, & then another hour for our food. It was delicious but we were starving. Not open late enough considering check-in time for resort.
