Terrible service. The server was extremely rude & showed no respect. He spilled soup all over my table & didn't even apologize. I had to ask another server to come help me, & thankfully that person was very kind & humble & cleaned up the mess left behind.
What was even more outrageous was when I asked for another piece of bread to eat with my pasta. This rude person brought the bread with his bare hands, which I found completely unacceptable.
At the end, he made me wait another 10 minutes just to get my receipt, & I had to ask for it myself. The whole experience felt very disrespectful & unprofessional.
Please think carefully about how customers are treated.
This place is decorated nicely but we were the first people there that day & the bathroom was disgusting: it was dirty & it reaked. You would think they would have cleaned it the night before. Also, I ordered a pasta dish that looked like it was microwaved. Overall, it was atrocious

Nous avons commandé des pâtes sauce Alfredo & il n'y avait pas de sauce... & la pizza qu'on à commandé était brûlé sur toute la croûte... Très décevant!

2e fois & dernière à ce restaurant.
Première fois, expérience ok, bonne nourriture, service médiocre.
2e fois, on a attendu 15minutes sans qu'un serveur vienne nous voir malgré que le restaurant était quasi vide. On en a fait part à la personne à l'entrée, 10minutes d'attente de plus sans service. On a quitté, & eu un excellent service chez Mikes de l'autre côté de la rue !
This is a terrible restaurant. The service is poor. The waitresses are rude, never again. We waited over two hours & they didn't take our order. Essentially forgot about us & then said that there was only three waiters available. They Didn't even give us any bread. It was terrible.
It started out questionable… took a good ten minutes before anyone even came to seat us. But, turns out they were short on staff but the young guy who served us was absolutely brilliant. Smiling, really working hard, very well mannered, & the food was amazing! So ended up as a 5 star experience for sure.

**nous y sommes retournés après plusieurs mois vers 2pm, il ne restait que 4 personnes dans le restaurant. La jeune fille qui nous a accueilli était souriante & polie. Mais je peux dire que celle qui travaillait côté bar (Oceane) était tout sauf accueillante. Pas de bonjour à l'arrivée, pas de'je viens vous voir tout de suite' rien. Il était clair que nettoyer ses tables était plus important que de venir nous voir ou nous saluer.
Pas souriante non plus.
Définitivement, nous ne retournerons pas dans sa section si nous retournons à ce restaurant.
Au prix ou tout est rendu, aller au restaurant est devenu un luxe, une sortie...on devrait être capable d'avoir une expérience plaisante lorsqu'on choisi un restaurant pour y dépenser ses dollars durement gagnés.
La formation devrait avoir obligatoirement le'customers greeting' en priorité !

Calmars à éviter. Ce sont des languettes. Ils ne sont pas entiers. Frites molles. Côtelettes de veau Parmigianna : Portion généreuse mais très américain (!) au goût . Nous ne retournerons jamais. & cela nous a coûté 85$!
Nous avions une réservation pour 15 personnes a 18h30 ce soir dans un espace plus privé & notre jeune serveur a été d'une gentillesse & d'une efficacité hors pair malgré que notre groupe n'était pas facile. Je n'ai pas retenu son nom mais il a un bon service a la clientèle.
We reserved days in advance for a small group (9) but were seated at tables designed for six with myself given a place with my plate straddling the crack between two tables. Arriving at 5:30 nobody asked if we wanted drinks, taking 15 minutes to bring water. The salads were good but the bread was served with what tasted like margarine (!) & one of our party had her order forgotten & wasn't served until we were almost done. A number of us had veal or chicken parmagiana which was soggy & drowned in non-descript tomato sauce with no detectable parmesan. Several didn't eat more than half of it & declined an offer to take the rest home. The menu doesn't have any lighter choices or options other than pasta as a side. The place was very busy by the time we left but we won't be going back.
Worst experience i have had in a restaurant ever, I took my family of 6 to the restaurant as they requested to go there after a long day of skiing. Waited 5 mins at the front counter & when a waitress finally attended to us after cleaning up a broken glass, asked how many & we said 6. She turned around started to collect the menus for us & only to then turn around with them in her hands to say, sorry we can only cater for 5 people. NO explanation, she did think we could see the table of 10 right behind her & the 2 tables of 6 empty.
I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the level of non-service offered.
We happily went to Mike's across the road & spend $300+.
Je n'y avais jamais été & plus jamais j'y retournerai. Service long par une serveuse & un serveur à l'allure étrange. Caldozone style tranche de pain molle avec quelque peperonni froid & champignon. Pas de fromage . L'autre assiette de pâtes très ordinaire & franchement beaucoup trop chère. Il n'y a que de la margarine. Pas de beurre.Je croyais aller à un endroit prestigieux. ¨Ça ne reflète pas du tout ce dont je m'attendais
