Nous étions trois jeunes femmes dans la 20aine qui sont venus manger pour souper ce soir. Je comprends qu'il y a beaucoup de stéréotypes que notre démographique n'est pas reconnue comme étant celle qui tip le plus, mais nous sommes déçues du service reçu par une jeune femme blonde avec des extensions de cils. Que ce soit le manque de visite à la table, son caractère ou la lenteur du service, plusieurs éléments nous ont déplus. Nous nous sommes même demandé si nous avons fait quelque chose de mal pour qu'elle agisse de cette façon en notre égard. Nous travaillons les trois en restauration aussi, comprenons que certaines soirées sont plus difficiles que d'autres, mais c'est dommage de ne pas avoir un service adéquat. Par contre, mention spéciale au serveur des tables à côté avec un tattoo dans le cou qui semblait beaucoup plus souriant & accueillant avec le peu d'interactions que nous avons eu avec lui.

My wife & I visited this restaurant recently. We came on a Wednesday evening during Quebec's construction holiday period, & although the restaurant was full & busy, we were quickly seated.

The menu was brought to us promptly, & our waitress came about 5-10 minutes later to take our order. Overall, the meals, bread, & soup were good, & the service was very good. All the staff were friendly & polite.

The only issue was with the bill: I noticed an extra charge for something listed as'AJ Frgratine' for me & my wife (I believe it refers to au gratin/cheese au gratin). We were not informed ahead of time that this additional charge would be applied. Since I ordered the L'Ail Parmesan & my wife ordered linguini, I found this a bit frustrating.
I left a little disappointed. So be sure to check your bill!

Want to waste your time? Have 2 of 8 people served after 90 minutes while food stacks up on the pass? Then this is your place! Food cold… sits on the pass for 45 minutes then gets served & sent back. Overall no one cares besides the odd server who says the shift manager doesn't care either. We came last year & waited an hour for food but it got worse this year!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE HUNGRY!
