Gros coup de coeur pour le scone épinards-feta! Bien beurré, croustillant à l'extérieur & moelleux comme il se doit à l'intérieur. Le dirty chai était également parfait.

Seul petit bémol : la texture de la glace au matcha était un peu poudreuse, mais celle au moka compensait largement.

J'y retournerai!

I discovered Café 1792 during my recent two-week holiday traveling throughout Quebec, & it turned out to be a wonderful stop along the journey. Raphaelle was the barista, & she was incredibly welcoming & engaging. She prepared a delicious hot latte & also shared great tips about local shops, outdoor activities, & events in the area. I truly enjoyed my time at the café & would highly recommend anyone visiting or passing through the area to stop in & experience it for themselves.

J'ai passé un bel après-midi à jaser avec mon amie, au Café 1792. Le dîner (soupe aux champignons & grille cheese) étaient bons, & mon chai latté délicieux. On peut faire des casse-têtes ou du tricot, ou s'asseoir confortablement dans les chaises! C'est un café avec du charme!

Un merveilleux endroit à découvrir 💞 Une propriétaire souriante, serviable & plus que sympathique, plusieurs petits salons convivials, livres & différents jeux disponibles sur place & que dire des cafés que vous pouvez accompagner d'un de leurs petits desserts, qui vous font de l'oeil, dans leur présentoir !! Hâte de pouvoir déguster une crème glacée ou un café affogato, sur leur terrasse extérieure, durant l'été 💗
