Excellent premium quality coffee selection

I ordered an iced matcha latte with vanilla, large size, & minimal ice. What I received had excessive ice & no vanilla. The staff at the counter seemed amused by my order rather than taking it seriously. I had to ask them to add vanilla after tasting it, & they did so reluctantly. I order this drink elsewhere without any issues. Better attention to detail & customer service would be appreciated. Also laughing at the order while making it is hurful to the person who bought it.

Excellent café. Je l'ai bu dehors sur les tables en bois. L'intérieur est vraiment plus industriel avec la torréfaction à grande échelle mais je pense que ça peut être également agréable. Si vous habitez dans le quartier, certainement à essayer.

To the brunette cashier from Sunday, are we in first grade all over again?
The cashier was so randomly rude with me while I asked her about some cookies that my partner got upset about her attitude & made her know it was not okay. Of course she could not take the truth so after, while I was waiting for my drink, she proceeded to go tell the barista to change my decaf for caffeinated drink, which I heard of. They saw me so the barista asked me what i wanted like she was confused. I had to watch them make it the entire time & the cashier was obviously thinking it was very funny.
I think cashier from Sunday PM June 7th have some serious issues.

Baristas are too slow! Shouldn't take me 15 min to order a coffee with 2 people in line!!!
