We did the syrup testing, & it was awesome. We learned a lot, & the host is a pastry chef who only cooks with maple products, so you get to try some of her baking, which is also awesome. She is super knowledgeable & all her maple products come from her family's farm. This seemed to be a more local experience than some of the other maple syrup tours. It was well worth it, especially for the price.

I brought my sister from California here to do the maple tasting & she said it was the highlight of the trip. The owner puts you at ease & then regales you with how maple syrup is made & the ins & outs of the maple syrup industry. Super super fascinating & I learned quite a bit, & I considered myself someone who knew about maple syrup before going to this. She also gives you such a variety of syrups & treats to enjoy it truly is an amazing experience that is well worth it. Not to mention her shop is full of amazing treats such as pastries, syrup, candies, wines & beers, etc. If you're wondering if you should do the maple tasting: DO IT! If you're wondering if you should go there just to go: DO IT! 10/10 experience.

We learned so much about maple syrup, its history in the region, how it's collected & prepared, what sets apart the various styles of syrups, & products such as maple butter, jam, & sugar. We were surprised it was not an overly sweet experience, especially since we were eating maple products for an hour! Our hostess was exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable & made us feel right at home.

This was my favorite part about my visit to Montreal. I learned so much about maple syrup & the effort that goes into farming it & making it & learning about all the different products you can make with it & it was just so wonderful. We all got to connect as a group & try so many delicious local products! The tasting class was so wonderful!

I booked this maple tasting experience for my team who was in from the US for a Field Marketing offsite & we really loved it. Nathalie was wonderful. Everything was delicious & we all learned a lot including me & I am local. I would highly recommend it to both tourists & Montrealers alike as it is truly a must do activity in the city.

My Dad & I were on vacation in Montréal in June to see the Grand Prix, & decided to visit after we watched a video on Youtube about this shop. We are so glad we decided to stop in, as it ended up being an absolutely amazing experience!

The owner, & staff were so incredibly friendly & welcoming, & were more than happy to answer any questions that we had about the products, or about the maple syrup making process! We even learned about maple syrup products that we had no idea even existed! & a lot of the maple syrup coming from the owners farm is so cool!

& their baked goods were absolutely superb! Everything having their own maple sugar in it really adds so much flavor & character. The Sucre à la Crème was definitely our favorite!

So please come to this shop if you're in Montréal, & have a love for maple! 100% recommend it!
