Best maple syrup workshop! Totally worth it! You will learn (& taste) different kinds of syrups & even try frozen maple toffee. Natalie is very good & friendly. Definitely a must while in Montreal

Very informative, interactive & enjoyable experience. Even though the whole presentation that we tried could have been just that; a presentation, it wasn't & there was much to try (both hands on activities & syrup)

Great tasting experience & learning of maple syrup!

We did the syrup testing, & it was awesome. We learned a lot, & the host is a pastry chef who only cooks with maple products, so you get to try some of her baking, which is also awesome. She is super knowledgeable & all her maple products come from her family's farm. This seemed to be a more local experience than some of the other maple syrup tours. It was well worth it, especially for the price.

I brought my sister from California here to do the maple tasting & she said it was the highlight of the trip. The owner puts you at ease & then regales you with how maple syrup is made & the ins & outs of the maple syrup industry. Super super fascinating & I learned quite a bit, & I considered myself someone who knew about maple syrup before going to this. She also gives you such a variety of syrups & treats to enjoy it truly is an amazing experience that is well worth it. Not to mention her shop is full of amazing treats such as pastries, syrup, candies, wines & beers, etc. If you're wondering if you should do the maple tasting: DO IT! If you're wondering if you should go there just to go: DO IT! 10/10 experience.

We learned so much about maple syrup, its history in the region, how it's collected & prepared, what sets apart the various styles of syrups, & products such as maple butter, jam, & sugar. We were surprised it was not an overly sweet experience, especially since we were eating maple products for an hour! Our hostess was exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable & made us feel right at home.

Natalie is a sweetheart who enjoys sharing her family's passion. She was a great host & we only wish we did her experience at the start, not end of our trip. Best maple syrup in Montreal.
