Nous avons découvert le monde de l'érable grâce à la conférence/dégustation de Nathalie : c'était passionnant, une totale immersion, nous avons tout goûté. Sa boutique est une pépite isolée. Très bonne adresse : je recommande pour l'érable 100% maison, fabriqué directement par elle dans sa cabane à sucre. Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience.

Nathalie runs an amazing place & provided one of the best experiences my husband & I have had in our world travels. Nous avons fait la conférence-dégustation, & c'était super ! En plus des explications très intéressantes sur la fabrication, nous avons testé beaucoup de produits à base d'érable, 4 sirops, gelée, beurre, fudge, tarte, le taffy traditionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié !

Très bonne activité qu'est la conférence sur le sirop d'érable. Nathalie est passionnée & aime ce qu'elle fait. De surcroît, elle est pédagogue & c'est plaisant. Nous avons appris des choses & goûté divers sortes de sirop d'érable avec grande délectation. Je vous recommande vivement cet atelier'érablement' délicieux.
