Nous avons fait la conférence-dégustation, & c'était super ! En plus des explications très intéressantes sur la fabrication, nous avons testé beaucoup de produits à base d'érable, 4 sirops, gelée, beurre, fudge, tarte, le taffy traditionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié !

Très bonne activité qu'est la conférence sur le sirop d'érable. Nathalie est passionnée & aime ce qu'elle fait. De surcroît, elle est pédagogue & c'est plaisant. Nous avons appris des choses & goûté divers sortes de sirop d'érable avec grande délectation. Je vous recommande vivement cet atelier'érablement' délicieux.

Wow! Nathalie was an incredible host during the maple tasting experience. Our team enjoyed learning about her family farm, the collection & refining processes, & how maple is used in baking & cooking in Montreal. All of the treats she prepared for us were out of this world & I couldn't recommend this experience more!
