Notez que le restaurant s'appelle maintenant Atlas (nouveau propriétaire). Nous sommes arrivés à l'ouverture & le personnel n'était pas prêt. Nous avons attendu environ 45 minutes pour recevoir les plats & le service était très minimal, car le serveur était occupé à laver le plancher. Le plat de poulet quorma était très savoureux. Bien relevé sans être trop épicé. Nous avons adoré. Le plat moyen peut suffire pour 3-4 personnes, mais des nouilles extras sont suggérées. Les dumplings à l'agneau étaient bons, mais pas les meilleurs que j'ai pu manger. Le service & l'ambiance laissaient à désirer, on ne reviendra sûrement pas manger sur place même si les plats étaient bons. À noter que le personnel ne parle pas vraiment français.

This is my first time having Uyghur good & it was so tasty! The service was somewhat slow (the restaurant was filling up) but it was worth the wait. The lamb skewers were so tender & flavourful without being too overpowering. The noodles were bouncy & chewy in all the right ways. & the naan in one of the dishes was so crispy & satisfying. I definitely have to come here again & would recommend!!

It was surprisedly delicious. The lamb was very tender & didn't have a strong after taste unlike most lamb pork chop dishes from steak houses. If you liked food from Xian or Indian, then you will feel at home here. Also the portion is quite generous.

Appetizers were spicy, crunchy & delicious; lamb brochettes were juicy; fried noodles got wok hei which were really tasty; definitely worth to come again.
