Went here after a hike & it did not disappoint!! All the food we ordered was so delicious & flavorful. Really good pilov, stir fried noodles & mantu! The mantu was so juicy. The lamb was so tender & had so muchh delicious bone marrow! Loved the bouncy noodles & the sauce that covered it. The place is also so pretty. Great family restaurant woudl definitely recommend.

Amazing experience at Atlas Uyghur Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious & full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh & authentic, especially the handmade noodles & lamb dishes. The portions were generous, & the spices were perfectly balanced. The staff were very friendly & welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy & comfortable. I would definitely come back & highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try amazing Uyghur cuisine!

I stumbled upon Atlas Uyghur Restaurant while looking for something different in the area & I am so glad I did. The lagman noodles were prepared perfectly with just the right amount of chew & the spiced lamb skewers had such an incredible depth of flavor. It is not often you find a place that feels this authentic & welcoming at the same time. I will definitely be bringing my friends back here next week to try more of the menu.

We had the lamb kebab, petir manta, dry stir-fried laghman, & the pearl laghman. It was so delicious! We can't wait to go back & try more of the menu. Service was great & super polite. Thank you!

Such a beautifully decorated restaurant! The lamb dishes are to die for! We ordered the Lamb Kebab Combo & Dry Stir Fried Laghman (Beef) & they were both really good. As a Muslim, finding Halal options are hard, so this is such a gem. Highly recommend!
