Our young waiter was helpful & informative & handled everything quite well throughout the evening. The food he recommended was very tasty & the portions were just fine. The food wasn't too spicy & most of it had a good amount of sauce to dip the naan. However the latter was a bit underwhelming. I would have preferred having rice instead. I really enjoyed their noodles especially the large flat ones. They offered us green tea with goji berries which was quite nice. Very nice experience overall. I am happy to have had the occasion to get a taste of Xinjiang here in Brossard.View more
Delicious & authentic halal Uyghur food. Exceeded expectations as the food was packed with flavour. We ordered, lamb kebabs, Pilov, Manti, Naan, & Beef Noodles. & each item was delicious. Would recommend!!View more
Tried this cuisine for the first time & perhaps I picked the wrong things but the food did not hit expectations (chicken tough, noodles bland & mantu meat tough). The waiter also was unable to provide any guidance whatsoever despite trying to ask questions & input. Maybe an off- night.
Nice decor.View more
Ordered the Stir Fried Noodles. It tasted amazing. Highly recommended. The returanant also has amazing ambience.View more
Stir fry beef & the noodles were amazing, it's a family owned restaurant, the decorations & atmosphere is lovely & authentic Uyghur, i would recommend it although the prices are a little high, it is worth it & the meat is halalView more
Amazing Uyghur food in this family restaurant.
First, service by Mohammed was wonderful. He was kind, patient, attentive even while having many other tables, & explained the menu to us. Second, food that was heartfelt & tasty. Atlas Laghman noodles are homemade & so chewy! Lamb skewers perfectly spiced & grilled. The lamb soup was rich & hearty. We never had saffron tea before. It was a light tea that made you feel like you were glowing a golden hue after drinking it. Third interior decor & music was welcoming. Come check out this restaurant for a great experience!View more
Second time trying Uyghur food so I figured I'd give Atlas in Brossard a go. Grabbed the dry stir-fried noodles, samsa, & tripe salad for takeout. Very nice people, looks like a local family business.
The noodles were decent - not bad, just a bit too oily for me. Flavour was there, but light on meat. Kinda felt like it had potential but didn't fully land.
Samsa was the best part. Flaky, crisp, & packed - no notes. Would def get that again.
The tripe salad didn't taste the cleanest. Not awful but not exactly something I'd crave again. Just felt kinda meh.
Wouldn't write the place off - maybe I just picked the wrong dishes. I'd go back & try something else for sure.View more
If you're looking for something truly special, look no further than Atlas Uyghur Restaurant. This place delivers a culinary experience that is generous, soulful, & packed with flavour. I've been four times in just one month & I already know I'll be back again very soon.
The food is simply delicious. Every single dish is seasoned with care & clearly made by someone who knows exactly what they're doing. It's authentic, it's hearty, & it feels like it's coming straight from someone's home kitchen. There's nothing pretentious about it, just bold, comforting, & satisfying food.
The dumplings are incredibly generous. The lamb with rice pilaf is tender & rich in flavour. & the handmade noodles in the spicy sauce, I think it was with lamb, are honestly to die for. Everything is spiced to perfection & full of balance. I would recommend every single item on the menu without hesitation.
The atmosphere is charming. The space is cute & has this blend of Chinese & Arabic design that feels warm & unique. It's a family-run place & you can feel that in the service, in the way the dishes are plated, & in the overall energy. There's so much heart behind it.
It can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area, but it's worth the trip every time. There's plenty of parking & once you arrive, you'll be glad you came. The prices are also incredibly reasonable given the portions & quality.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Atlas Uyghur is the kind of place that deserves to be known & celebrated. It's the kind of restaurant that reminds you why you love food.View more
Best noodles I've had! They have parking & the service is friendly. My GF is from Xinjiang & says their food is very authentic & close to the real thing. 100% would recommendView more
Fantastic service & food is one of the tastiest cuisines I have had in a while here in the city.
I come here for my lamb cravings! The lamb soup, their lamb shank & their lamb skewers are all fantastic. All so delicious, even their other meats non lamb dishes are tasty, love their sizzling shrimp so flavorful as well as the chicken plate with noodle. That pilaf rice with it all hits the spot
Reasonable price point too.
Definitely a family favorite
The decor is beautiful tooView more

This might be the best Xinjiang cuisine I've ever had in Canada! Thoughtful & attentive service, a clean & cozy environment-my favorite Big Plate series was so delicious it made me want to scream! The flat noodles were absolutely amazing. Definitely worth it!View more
It was our first time trying Uyghur speciality. The food was flavourful & delicious. We went for the rice, Home style Tofu & spicy handpulled noodles. All were great, especially the tofu & the rice. Service was good. The food was served warm & was a generous portion. It was also very reasonably priced. We would defenitely come back!View more
I was curious about this place since I never have Uyghur cuisine before. I tried it & I was happily surprised, every dish I ordered were welled balanced of flavours. Me & my wife both ordered different types of noodles & both are very delicious. The noodles are fresh & chewy & go so well with their sauce. This restaurant just became our favourite place for noodles, we highly recommend.View more
This is my first time having Uyghur good & it was so tasty! The service was somewhat slow (the restaurant was filling up) but it was worth the wait. The lamb skewers were so tender & flavourful without being too overpowering. The noodles were bouncy & chewy in all the right ways. & the naan in one of the dishes was so crispy & satisfying. I definitely have to come here again & would recommend!!View more
I'm soooo happy I finally found an amazing Uyghur restaurant! The decor & atmosphere are really nice & authentic. The food was 10/10. The dumplings were to die for, the noodles & the beef were also amazing. The service was also great, our server was extremely kind & accommodating. I literally cannot wait to go back.View more
Went for the second time & the food is sooooo goood . We had the chicken qorma, spicy beef tripe, spicy noodles, naan kebab, Qurghaq Chop & the cucumber with sesame sauceView more
I really enjoyed their food. All the plates have good flavours & a nice level of spiciness. The noodles have great elasticity & were complemented so well by their toppings & their sauce. The service & the atmosphere on the other hand is only average. The waiter was polite, but he gave off the impression that he didn't want us to be there. There was also minimal talking since all the ordering was made through their webpage but it still felt like the service was too distant. The interior decorations looked nice but the place was awfully quiet & it made us feel a bit uneasy just talking. Finally, a main dish is around 18$ which is a bit expensive but the portions are pretty filling so it's acceptable but I still feel like it's a bit expensive for one plate of noodles.View more

This place makes very good noodles, highly recommend. There are however not many dishes that do not contain beef, so beware if you have dietary restrictions.View more
Appetizers were spicy, crunchy & delicious; lamb brochettes were juicy; fried noodles got wok hei which were really tasty; definitely worth to come again.View more
The hand pulled noodles (laghmen) were so delicious. I also had the tripe salad, which had an amazing sauce on it & marinated to perfection. Highly recommend!View more
Amazing dumplings. Incredible hand pulled noodles. I really liked the stews.
One star removed for : 1) slow service. The dishes came out slowly over the course of 60-90mins
2) misleading photos in the menu. The Dolan noodles are shown separated in the menu. But in reality the sauce & noodles are mixed together. There are three samosas shown in the picture but in reality there is only 1View more
