The atmosphere of the restaurant gives you a taste of the Uyghur culture which was very nice. Our young waiter was helpful & informative & handled everything quite well throughout the evening. The food he recommended was very tasty & the portions were just fine. The food wasn't too spicy & most of it had a good amount of sauce to dip the naan. However the latter was a bit underwhelming. I would have preferred having rice instead. I really enjoyed their noodles especially the large flat ones. They offered us green tea with goji berries which was quite nice. Very nice experience overall. I am happy to have had the occasion to get a taste of Xinjiang here in Brossard.View more
We came to Atlas Uyghur Restaurant on a Sunday for dinner. We arrived at 5:30 & ordered a Big Plate Chicken (large size), Lamb Qordak (large size), Lamb kebab (×2) & a Pilov all for takeout. The food took them a really long time to prepare. We were told 30 mins but even after 40 mins we checked in & it wasn't ready at 45 mins. Therefore, I recommend for takeout order from home ahead of time, & then come to pick up.
The food was absolutely delicious! The Lamb Qordak & Lamb Kebabs were our favourites. The Qordak was tender, slow-cooked lamb in a delicious curry that practically melted in our mouths. The stewed vegetables, too, were soft, savory, & soaking up all the luscious flavors from the curry base. This dish came with the Uyghur version of naan which was so tasty! The bread was soft & fluffy & it had nuts in it! The crunch kinda surprised us at first. The Lamb Kebabs were perfectly grilled, but yet the meat was juicy inside. Every bite was deeply satisfying.
We also loved the Pilov (forgot to take a picture), that reminded us of Indian & Pakistani pulao. It had a similar mix of fluffy rice, spices, & tender meat, all blended into a dish that was both hearty & mildly spicy.
The restaurant was decorated beautifully too & they had music playing in the background which was nice. We would definitely return, but we would dine in next time or order ahead of time.View more
Tasty & authentic Chinese cuisine 🧑?🍳
The portions were very generous & the service great !
Only feedback: the menu can be a bit confusing for people who are not familiar with this cuisine. For instance, we ordered an item & it was just sizzling meat with no rice or vegetables. If we knew we would have preferred something else on the side.
Other than that it was a great experience & we'll definitely come back !View more
Amazing Uyghur food in this family restaurant.
First, service by Mohammed was wonderful. He was kind, patient, attentive even while having many other tables, & explained the menu to us. Second, food that was heartfelt & tasty. Atlas Laghman noodles are homemade & so chewy! Lamb skewers perfectly spiced & grilled. The lamb soup was rich & hearty. We never had saffron tea before. It was a light tea that made you feel like you were glowing a golden hue after drinking it. Third interior decor & music was welcoming. Come check out this restaurant for a great experience!View more

Plusses: dishes are authentic, tasty, varied, portions generous, reasonably priced; premises clean (though one plate was greasy & needed to be replaced);
Minuses: some main items on menu not available; service inattentive, more waiting staff needed; manta undercookedView more
Fantastic service & food is one of the tastiest cuisines I have had in a while here in the city.
I come here for my lamb cravings! The lamb soup, their lamb shank & their lamb skewers are all fantastic. All so delicious, even their other meats non lamb dishes are tasty, love their sizzling shrimp so flavorful as well as the chicken plate with noodle. That pilaf rice with it all hits the spot
Reasonable price point too.
Definitely a family favorite

I tried the dumplings & the sizzling beef. The flavors in the sizzling beef genuinely blew me away. It was so delicious. The dumplings were also quite tasty. Their filling was well spiced & they didn't taste bland. In general, this restaurant has delicious food! The servers were also very nice & patient.View more
So tasty. It's rare to find these kind of central asian dishes but I pretty much wanted to try everything on the menu. The milk "tea" is weird but satisfying.View more
This is my first time having Uyghur good & it was so tasty! The service was somewhat slow (the restaurant was filling up) but it was worth the wait. The lamb skewers were so tender & flavourful without being too overpowering. The noodles were bouncy & chewy in all the right ways. & the naan in one of the dishes was so crispy & satisfying. I definitely have to come here again & would recommend!!View more
Very tasty dishes! I love Uyghur cuisine. Not everyone can cook like the Uyghurs themselves, but here they cook very tasty! I advise everyone to definitely go & try all the dishes! Service, service, food, atmosphere - everything is amazing! The portions were huge. I give it 10 out of 10! The prices are delicious. There were 4 of us, 2 adults & 2 children. It cost us $ 130. We ordered 3 lagmans, 1 plov, 4 samsa, 1 serving of manti.View more
