This is truly a fine dining experience, with a relaxed middle eastern vibe. The flavours are bold & the preparation is somewhat delicate. The wine list is quite extensive with choices from around the world, mostly French wines from diverse regions. On the expensive side, each plate is very generous & enough to share with 6 people. The service is attentive & professional, the music is a bit loud. All in all, great place to celebrate a special occasion with family.

Excellent food, decor & drinks. Our waiter Theo went above & beyond & helped us make delicious choices from the menu. Will definitely be back the next time in Montreal!

Damas is easily one of my favourite restaurants. Every single dish is exquisite & bursting with flavour. The menu offers a great variety of dishes as well, & all of the ones I've tried were nothing short of incredible! Wonderful ambiance, exceptional service- overall just an outstanding dining experience.

Je n'ai jamais fait de google reviews de ma vie mais je me dois de laisser un commentaire sur ce restaurant. Je n'ai jamais aussi bien mangé qu'au Damas. C'était une expérience culinaire tellement riche & généreuse, chaque repas me laissait sans mots. Je repense encore à la crème glacée d'Ashta & pistache avec barbe à papa syrienne. Chapeau!!!

The ambiance was great with a strong oriental theme. • Staff were kind & cooperative, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. Our Starters: • The hummus was flawless, served with excellent fresh-baked Arabic bread. • The yalangi (stuffed grape leaves) was delicious. Main Dish: • The mixed grill for two featured excellent beef options. • However, the shish tawook was overly sour, likely due to an excess of lemon.

Deliver by Door Dash was fast. Lamb is delicious! Kale slaw is yummy! Extra garlic sauce & pickled turnip a bonus! Will definitely order again!

A Syrian fine dining in town. It is a big restaurant in Montreal. Many tables & quite crowded. We have to book in advance to dine here. The decoration is impressive. Many nice chandeliers & lamps hanging from the ceiling. Classic old brick wall. Chairs are elegant & comfortable. There is a large open kitchen with many staff. Service is great. All staff are active & helpful. They speak both French & English very well. Food is incredibly good. We choose the tasting menu. They serve us many dishes. We like all of them. My mocktail is awesome with a touch of coriander. This is a restaurant that you must try. It opens our experience of Syrian food & it is fascinating.
