Easily my favorite KBBQ spot.
Daldongnae is always such a great experience. The food is consistently amazing every single time. The quality never misses, & everything is super tasty. Whether you're going with friends or just craving good food, this place never disappoints.View more
Ive been to many different daldonage across canada & honestly dont want to complain or write this review but it took them 15 minutes to come to us after sitting down, visually there was a lot of staff but they never came around our section & we had to wait the most of our dinner to get the sides replenished - water leaked on my head from the roof too LOOL (multiple times) - just go to the other daldongae on bishop st if you want kbbqView more
Top two KBBQ in Montreal, the other one being it's other locationView more
Been to both locations multiple times & it never disappoints. The service & food is top notch & would recommend anybody to try it out if they are tired of eating the same old all you can eat kbbq. The sides are what makes it so good.View more
Food: The food was pretty good but not amazing. The banchan that came with the meat was very tasty & there were a lot of options. However, they only gave us five pieces of normal napa cabbage kimchi which was a little weird. The meat does not come seasoned, which was expected, & felt very tough to eat after cooked to a medium/medium rare. My favorite/recommended cut is the beef short rib. Service: Great! Staff was very attentive & worked quickly. Atmosphere: Great! Felt like I was eating at a KBBQ in Asia. The ventilation was good & I didn't smell too badly of smoke afterwords. Overall: I thought it was a good experience but it was not the best kbbq I have been to. The price is a bit expensive. For two people we got three servings of meat & a bottle of soju at ~105CAD.View more
Absolutely love this place, my go-to for KBBQ! The ambiance & service is great, & the portions are quite generous. Each table must order a minimum of two meats, but honestly that's rly easy if you come with an appetite. Nothing like sitting in a booth grilling kbbq & sipping on a cold SapporoView more
Apart from the fact that it can get loud or busy, I can't fault this place. Service & food outstanding. I dream about that corn every night... a must for kbbq in Montreal. Reserve if you are a group. Also try the kimchi fried rice!View more
Great, authentic kbbq joint, open late too which is a godsend for those of us working late shifts! a little on the pricier side thoughView more
View more
For late night cravings & astonishing Wagyu Beef. I had the best ever Beef Tartare with Egg Yolk, the sesame oil adds a twist to it. All KBBQ comes with: - Corn Cheese - Eggs - Kimchi - Garlic - Soja Paste Soup - Pumpkin Salad - Sweet Potato Noodles (Japchae) - Seaweed Salad - Marinated Cucumbers - Sprouted Beans with Soy Sauce - LettuceView more
