Très mauvaise expérience. La gérante a été désagréable & n'a pas écouté lorsque j'ai signalé que ma commande était incorrecte. Malgré le fait que je venais de commander, on m'a exigé un reçu sans chercher à comprendre la situation. Manque total de service à la clientèle & de considération pour le client. Je ne recommande pas.

Worst experience. Came with my husband & daughter. Employees are rude & incompetent. I placed my order first & when our order came out, mine was missing. No apologies or asked if I wanted to order now. So, I never got to eat. You lost a sale due to incompetence. My husband's ice coffee was not a coffee. He told her three times, no caramel. It came with caramel. Horrible customer service & they don't comprehend English nor French. We tried both languages. She just couldn't comprehend in either French or English. Will never return. Also few tables to sit & many customers sitting at table finished eating for a long time, refusing to get up & let other people sit who now have orders & would like to eat.

Très gentil personnel, j'ai reçu ma commande super rapidement & j'ai reçu des fraises gratuites sur ma crêpes. Crêpes sont délicieux , bon service.

Je recommande! La crêpe au pistache était vraiment bonne avec le smoothie fraise banane. Excellent !

Un service excellent, un personnel toujours souriant & accueillant ! Une place très propre. Honnêtement, les meilleures crêpes que j'ai mangées à Montréal toujours fraîches, délicieuses & avec des saveurs tendance. Une texture parfaite, douce & savoureuse à chaque bouchée !

Honestly, the crêpes are amazing. I always come for that but today I came for the ice cream. The girl does not understand English, & it's very hard to communicate the order. However, the owner is very polite & he delivered our order well. Please get a new employee because I had to order again & then my friend had to come & talk to the owner to change the order. Like I want to order easily not have to hassle I will come back for the crêpes though. The ice cream is way too creamy. It's like I'm having whipped cream.
