J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience aujourd'hui à 22:30 dans cette crêperie. C'était ma première fois & malheureusement, la serveuse à la caisse était très froide. Elle ne prenait pas le temps d'expliquer les crêpes ni de répondre correctement aux questions. À chaque commande, elle répondait sèchement sans sourire par contre le monsieur qui prépare à l'intérieur il était gentil. C'est dommage, car l'accueil est vraiment important.

Caissière impolie, aucun sens du service à la clientèle & très peu de savoir-vivre.
Après avoir acheté ma crêpe à la pistache, je souhaitais simplement avoir un verre d'eau du robinet. Tout d'abord, la caissière m'a vue attendre, mais j'ai dû l'appeler à trois reprises avant qu'elle ne réagisse. C'est finalement un gentil monsieur qui lui a demandé de venir à la caisse.
Lorsque je lui ai demandé poliment si je pouvais avoir un verre d'eau, elle m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait que des bouteilles d'eau. Je lui ai alors demandé gentiment s'il était possible d'avoir de l'eau du robinet, & elle m'a répondu : « Makaynch » (« il n'y en a pas »).
Je voudrais simplement savoir : quel est le restaurant qui n'a pas d'eau du robinet ? Très déçue par l'accueil & le service.

Le manager parle meme pas français on est au quebec c'est probablement le seul spot ou leurs superviseur parle ni français ni anglais il est temps de mettre quelqu'un compétent & professionnel
