Très déçu du service à la clientèle. Veulent juste te vendre des crêpes & te donne quelque chose que tu n'as pas demandé. Ne veulent même pas me rembourser.
Je m'étais commandé un macchiato au caramel glacé, mais j'ai reçu à la place un lait glacé au caramel. Avec la crêpe en plus, le rapport qualité prix de la succursale du Centropolis ne vaut vraiment pas le coût!

I have visited this place many times & every time I was there their crepes were awful.Yesterday I was there & it was the worst time, i tried the Dubai chocolate crepe & it was pretty awful because something in the ingredients were so old & even expired also I have only tasted the chocolate not the crepe.In turns of the price It was really overpriced.
Un service excellent, un personnel toujours souriant & accueillant ! Une place très propre. Honnêtement, les meilleures crêpes que j'ai mangées à Montréal toujours fraîches, délicieuses & avec des saveurs tendance. Une texture parfaite, douce & savoureuse à chaque bouchée !

The crêpes made there are exceptional, nowhere else ive ever tasted crêpes the way that they make it there, especially the pistachio one. 100% recommend
Honestly, the crêpes are amazing. I always come for that but today I came for the ice cream. The girl does not understand English, & it's very hard to communicate the order. However, the owner is very polite & he delivered our order well. Please get a new employee because I had to order again & then my friend had to come & talk to the owner to change the order. Like I want to order easily not have to hassle I will come back for the crêpes though. The ice cream is way too creamy. It's like I'm having whipped cream.
La crêpe nutella fraise banane est ma préférée. La raison du 3 étoiles est basée sur plusieurs raisons:
•Le service est toujours très lent (tant pour commander que pour recevoir ladite commande)
•À quelques reprises nous avons été servis par des jeunes adolescentes ne donnent aucune importance au service à la clientèle.
•La quantité de chocolat dans la crêpe est très minime.
•La qualité de la crêpe diffère de jour en jour (parfois elle est très bonne, parfois moins).
Cependant, lorsque nous sommes servis par une certaine madame plus âgée, le service est toujours impeccable. Il ne faut surtout pas renier le bon travail des cuisiniers! Il y a un bel espace pour manger à l'intérieur, beaucoup de stationnement puisque la location est au Centroplois, & finalement, les toilettes sont propres.
Malgré l'avis de 3 étoiles, je recommande dans tous les cas.
Salut, hier j'ai pris une crêpe fraise banane & une autre kinder, c'était bon en général à moins une remarque pour l'amélioration c'est que la crêpe colle au papier & elle se défait rapidement à cause que ça colle, c'est la seule remarque à faire. Merci de prendre en considération.sans oublier de remercier la fille à la caisse pour les recommandations.
