Il m'est arrivé exactement la même chose que plusieurs personnes. On m'a dit que ma commande n'avait pas été imprimée, donc elle n'avait même pas commencé à être préparée. Malgré cela, j'ai dû attendre après plusieurs autres clients qui sont arrivés après moi. Au final, j'ai attendu environ 35 minutes pour recevoir 2 hot-dog ... Une erreur peut arriver, mais le manque d'organisation & l'absence d'excuses rendent l'expérience encore plus frustrante. Très décevant comme service.

Had to try this place while we were in Montreal & it did not disappoint. The Korean corn dogs were so good, hot & fresh with tons of flavor.

The place was busy but the atmosphere was fun & the food came out pretty quick. Perfect little spot for a snack while walking downtown. Definitely worth trying if you've never had Korean corn dogs before!

Terrible service!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional & rude! We went in just to grab 1 mozza pogo. We waited around 30min, & when I asked where my order was, the cashier told me she realized the paper never got printed for the cook to prepare my order. NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING !! She told me she can make it real quick for me or refund me. I said ok to her making it for me. & of course, they went through a few other orders before mine, so I had to wait AGAIN. & can we talk about how rude both workers are ?? They have no manners. Waiting 30min for 1 pogo is something, but bad customer service a whole other thing ! I won't be going back, that's for sure !

Very disappointing experience at Chung Chun. We waited over 30 minutes for a single mozzarella pogo, which is completely unreasonable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. The two employees were rude & showed no concern for the long wait. Not once did they apologize or acknowledge the delay.

Good customer service starts with basic courtesy, & unfortunately that was completely missing. Waiting that long for one item is frustrating enough, but the lack of professionalism made it even worse. I won't be coming back.

Super service, personnels à l'écoute des clients (a fait mon choix de sauce comme si c'était pour elle, excellente initiative) je recommande fort, attention 5 kogo pour 2 est un peu trop… portion généreuse & prix ok

We've been ordering here for years, the corn dogs have always been consistently amazing. We usually get 1 sauce & 3 seasonings, just like we did a few days ago.

But it seems that starting today, they've limited it to only 1 seasoning. That's honestly disappointing since the seasoning was the best part of the corn dogs.
