Annie and Hubert continued the business for several years. Now, Karolanne and Jérôme carry on the tradition to continue serving you. Fantastic chocolate shop with an amazing array of chocolate truffles & many other great choices. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Astounding chocolate sculptures on display show off the amazing skills of the chocolate makers.
J'ai passé commande d'un ballotin de 1kg pour livraison en Ontario.
Malheureusement assez déçu du produit livré.
MAIS, après avoir partagé ma déception & les photos ici même, la boutique Heyez m'a contacté & m'a expliqué que ce n'était pas l'aspect normal de leurs chocolats & que cela était certainement dû à de mauvaises conditions de transport (que Heyez ne gérait pas directement)
Aussi ils m'ont offert un remboursement complet de ma commande & même de m'offrir quelques chocolats si à l'occasion je passais dans leur boutique!
Je donne donc un 5 étoiles pour leur service après ventes exceptionnel.

My loved one was raised in the region & had warm memories of receiving their sweets from grandparents. We did a good trip of 1,5 hour to get there with high expectations.
The store is beautiful, gift boxes variety 10/10, however our mixed pieces were tasteless & texture was dry.
We paid a good 100$ bill for two small assortments & felt we've been sold a premium presentation rather than product. Somehow, even young service ladies broke that illusion starring at us with a big lack of enthusiasm.
Can't tell how it was before, but clearly needs to bring back its standards, otherwise it's a mediocre experience for a few costly bites that used to excite.
