Si vous voulez un restaurant italien authentique, sans flafla, goûteux, fait maison, qui te voyage en Italie, allez à ce resto! Ce sont les meilleurs tortellini sauce rosée que j'ai mangés, un petit nuage à chaque bouchée tellement la pâte était bonne! 🌟

Forfait reçu en cadeau. Tout d'abord très bien accueilli. Le service était impeccable. Tous les services étaient délicieux. J'ai même pu adapter le menu pour mon intolérance élevée à tous produits laitiers. Pas trop grand menu mais chaque plats sont succulents. Aussi bien comme cela. Vraiment un bon repas. Cela valait le déplacement.

Cela fait environ 15 ans que j'ai le bonheur d'aller me régaler dans ce restaurant intime. Le propriétaire est toujours aussi chaleureux & me donne toujours l'impression de retrouver un ami précieux. Le service y est excellent & la nourriture délicieuse. L'endroit est accueillant, on y a l'impression de se retrouver en Italie pour échapper au temps, se détendre & profiter de la vie. Merci infiniment d'avoir contribué à tous ces beaux moments partagés avec des personnes chères à mon coeur...

I recently dined at Rosa Bella in St-Bruno & unfortunately left feeling disappointed.

The atmosphere is cozy, with roughly 15 tables, which gives it an intimate feel. However, the décor feels quite outdated & gives off a slightly stale impression rather than warm & inviting.

Service was another letdown. Our server lacked professionalism &, throughout the evening, appeared to be drinking behind the bar. It created an uncomfortable tone & did not feel aligned with the level of service one would expect from a restaurant experience. Additionally, bread was handled with bare hands after the same server had been handling money & payment machines, which raised hygiene concerns.

The restaurant advertises everything as handmade, but the food did not reflect that claim. The pasta & sauces tasted processed, with a noticeable canned flavor, & lacked freshness. The dishes felt tired rather than house-made.

Overall, while the space has potential due to its size & location, the execution in both service & food quality needs significant improvement.
