I was not advised that the delivery starts only after 5:00 pm. I ordered at 4:15 pm & was told that it arrives in 30 minutes hour. After 45 minutes wait I called & was told'There is traffic & he is on the way...' That was a lie!
The order was delivered with 1:15 delay, 'He was on the way nearly' full hour for a distance of a few city blocks! Never again!
Second time ordering general tao (for pickup). Asked for sauce on the side this time & it's much better this way imo as last time it was too sweet for me.
Order was ready in less than 10mins & they also gave me a fortune cookie which was a pleasant surprise.

I Love Chef Tang's food & service. I'm just Really curious about the''service charge'' which I've recently discovered. Yes, it has been there at 2.50 slipped in just before the taxes so we are being taxed on it. It is now 3.50. I have receipts from other restaurants in the area & have phoned them. They Do Not have a service charge. We tip on our discretion. I phoned Chef Tang & they said'all restaurants do this so do we'. I asked,'I just want to know where this is going to'. To the driver? They were not clear & seemed to not have an answer. At all. Just Please be Transparent. I'm not criticizing, I just simply want to know, without a confused song & dance, what is this charge. Thank You.
Love this spot for quick, easy, reliable Chinese take out. The sizes are good & never had an issue with any of the orders. I like that you don't need to use doordash or interests to order.
we ordered takeout, & though it took a while to arrive (~1 hour, which makes sense seeing as it was a saturday night) the wait was absolutely worth it. the food was delicious (we ordered tao chicken & fried rice) & the portions were very large for the price we paid. i would definitely eat here again!
First time at this restaurant. I didn't enjoy the Cantonese dish I ordered. Cantonese style is most likely not their specialty. I will give them another try, before giving a final verdict.
My go to for chinese american food. I absolutely LOVE their salt & pepper shrimp. Zero complaints about this place. If you want chinese food & you live in the Sud-ouest, this is the place to call. Their chow-mein is lovely too. Those two dishes are what I get for my birthday.
I ordered orange beef & was served orange chicken & went back only for the lady to insist it is beef. (Beef has a difference in texture & taste, i know my beef & I know my chicken. Especially from chef Tang since I have been having it for years now)Made my day so much worse. Would recommend to try other locations.
